Good customer service, bought a $5k account , had issues with the payment, cs were qualified enough to resolve the issue in no time , however their tighter rules makes it a no for a beginner. However can be a good to go acc for them to start with as they can learn more about prop firms rules and manage their risk responsibly.

Customer support on Discord or Email is incredibly fast whenever I’ve had questions about account rules

I have Bought 2 challenges of them. The spread is almost 20 to 30 pips which will hit your sl without the market reaching there thats the main issue. I will not recommend this prop to anyone. There view is clear to make money and breach trader even after 2 trades u can't trail sl easily. Waste of time and money.

Have been Trading with maven for 3 years now and despite being one of the cheapest in the insudtry they still meet the industry standards when it comes to market conditions.

Summary of Complaint: I purchased a 5K, 2-Step Challenge account from Maven Prop Firm on 7 July 2026. Within 24 hours, my account was flagged and stopped for breaching an End-of-Day (EOD) buying window rule. While this rule is technically documented somewhere in Maven's FAQ, it is not mentioned or cross-referenced anywhere in the context of the buying window itself. The buying window section only states the 4% Daily Loss Limit, with no indication that an EOD rule also applies to it. As a new user, I relied on the buying window information as presented, since there was nothing there directing me to a separate EOD restriction. When I contacted Maven's Customer Care for an explanation, they was simply texted to "read the FAQ," with no specific section or link provided. This is an unhelpful response given that the rule, even though technically present in the FAQ, is not connected to or mentioned within the buying window rules where a trader would reasonably look for it. This is a disclosure and presentation issue: a critical rule affecting the buying window should be clearly stated within that section, not buried elsewhere in the FAQ with no cross-reference. This lack of clarity directly caused my account breach. Requested Resolution: 1. A clear explanation of why the EOD rule was not mentioned within the buying window section itself. 2. Reinstatement of my account (ID: 10343103), given that the breach resulted from unclear and poorly cross-referenced rule disclosure. 3. If reinstatement is not possible, a full refund of my purchase for this account. Or new account. I am submitting this complaint through Prop Firm Match to have this issue reviewed and to flag Maven's rule disclosure practices for other traders.

What matters is if I get a payout or not,right? Great firm with amazing trading conditions but hey, tell me why I opened a trade, held it for a whole hour but since I hit TP 1 minute after news, I lost the account. They gotta be lenient man. Hope the ceo sees this and adjusts accordingly. Anyway, I got over my loss and bought another 5k. Let's see how it goes

I loved maven but why are you guys now giving different rules after an account is passed nowadays, you wait for an account to be passed and you give the person a new rule if this isn’t a hidden rule I don’t know what it is because it’s not in your 2step rules, I received a 1%risk rule just 26th morning after I passed my evaluation and by mistake my trade 10k account went into 100$ loss before I could set sl, please do something about it for me am new to this rule and I had no idea how it worked that’s my last money I was told I can appeal to get my account back but customer service is telling me otherwise, I had no idea that rule existed until I passed my account
