"Maven Trading uses a proprietary instrument called GoldEternal with no external verifiable price feed. When I requested data to verify my account breach was genuine, they refused to provide third party verification. They claim to use Match Trader feeds but cannot prove GoldEternal prices match any external reference. Traders have no way to verify fair pricing on this instrument. Breach decisions on unverifiable proprietary instruments are unfair to traders."

Summary
Maven Trading used a proprietary instrument called GoldEternal which has no external verifiable price feed. At breach time GoldEternal showed 30 point drop while XAUTUSDT showed only 10 points — 3x discrepancy. When I requested third party price verification, Maven refused to provide data. They claim to use Match Trader feeds but cannot prove GoldEternal prices match any external reference. MT5 maintenance occurred same day. Maven's final response was that traders cannot compare different pairs with different liquidity providers. Breach on unverifiable proprietary instrument is unfair.
