"I hit my $4,654 profit target strictly following all risk rules. Instead of paying out, Quant Tekel is forcing a 25-day wait for a 'mandatory interview' (April 15th). Challenge Retake due to Excessive Exposure

The main issue is that this so-called rule was never mentioned anywhere clearly before trading. There was no proper explanation that taking higher exposure in a single trade could lead to a breach. When a firm already defines a daily drawdown limit, that itself is supposed to control the trader’s risk. If I am trading within the allowed daily drawdown, then creating an additional hidden or unclear condition afterward and calling it a violation is completely unfair. This feels like a rule being interpreted or applied only after the account is passed, just to deny the funded account. In my case, everything was within the defined limits, and there was no clear prior warning about such a restriction. Applying a sudden or poorly defined rule as a reason for breach is not justified and shows a lack of transparency.

Trust me this is coming from a professional trader, please don't fall in this firm. Passed my QT Funded account after months of grinding did everything right, followed every rule, hit the targets. They refused my payout saying i risked over 3% . Earlier i asked their people about this rule and they said this rule doesnot apply to the power account . Also there is no such rules mentioned for my account type . I traded the account for 4 months following everyrule they have and atlast they refused to pay me

When I submitted the payout request, I received a message saying I violated a rule — that I modified the TP of a trade around a high-impact news event. Quant Tekel used the so-called “hard breach” as a payout denial excuse. Instead of closing the account immediately when the breach supposedly happened, they waited until after I requested a payout, then suddenly claimed I had breached the account. If it was a real hard breach, the account should have been disabled instantly — not discovered later during payout review. That makes it look like a fabricated violation used to avoid paying profitable traders.
