The trading conditions are absolutely fantastic, I experience little to no unnecessary high spread, the customer service is great, so far any issue I had has been solved quickly. Their KYC verification is so smooth!!! I got mine completed under 2 hours.

The Trading Pit started as a promising and apparently reliable prop firm, especially because I had received previous payouts without issues. Unfortunately, my experience changed when a $3,218.10 USD payout was rejected within only 16 minutes on 24th april, based on a vague claim about profit inconsistency. I have had a Funded/Earnings account with The Trading Pit since November 2025. I currently have two 100k Funded/Earnings accounts and one 100k challenge in progress. I had requested several payouts before, and everything had gone well without any issues until Friday, April 24, 2026. But all of that is nosense if now the company is rejecting payouts without reason.
The constant rule changes they keep making, and the fact that they are currently rejecting payouts without proper justification. Their support is also very poor. They have an AI chatbot that only gives generic responses, and it can take days to reach a human agent. Even then, they do not resolve anything; they simply repeat the same thing as the chatbot without reviewing your case in detail. The slippage is also bad. The stop loss is never respected, not even close. You have to be extremely careful when adjusting it so that your risk does not exceed the loss limit per trade idea. There have been times when my stop loss was set at $1,100 USD — 1.1% — and the trade was closed at 1.35%, meaning $1,350 USD.

Regarding account 504050134, I requested a payout of $3,218.10 USD — with $2,548.73 USD corresponding to the 80% profit split — on April 24, 2026, at 8:20 a.m. UTC-6. Then, only 16 minutes later, at 8:36 a.m., I received an email with the subject “Upgrade Request: Rejected”, stating that the upgrade request had been rejected. I find it ridiculous that a payout was rejected within only 16 minutes. It seems as if payout rejections are being automated and that there is no real human review. The exact reason stated in the email was: "inconsistency" and "Breach of risk rules".I always trade the same pair, XAUUSD, and use the same lot sizes. Following the risk and margin parameters. I have screenshots of my trading activity. I always trade the same pair, XAUUSD, and use the same lot sizes. My losing trades have been consistent, with losses between approximately 1.1% and 1.2%, while using between 25% and 35% margin, which is within the limits they themselves have set and repeatedly changed.

The Trading Pit denied my payout for no valid reason. I had already received 2 payouts without issues. Then after using 4 accounts, I waited 10 days for my payout, only to have it denied with no clear explanation — just a vague “internal rule” that was never stated before. They also closed my accounts. Their solution? Buy new accounts and start again. I contacted support for clarification but got no proper response. This feels completely inconsistent and unfair, like rules change once you start making money. Very disappointing. Be careful.

Got two payout when I was trading with 1 account but the moment I added 5 account and asked payout from them all the denied it after being accepted and cut from my balanace after 10 days of waiting and no trading they send an email saying ur account is stopped and you won't be trading with us anymore and this final desicion

My experience with The Trading Pit has been extremely disappointing. At first, I did not have any major issues with the company, but everything changed once my account became profitable. Suddenly, they claimed I had violated their rules by allegedly using the same IP address as other traders, yet they provided absolutely no evidence to support such a serious accusation. The firm makes a good first impression. At the beginning, everything seemed smooth and professional, and I did not notice any serious problems.
The worst part was the lack of transparency, the unsupported accusations, and the poor support experience. Once my account became profitable, I was accused of an IP violation without proof, and I was left dealing with repetitive AI responses instead of getting a clear human explanation.

What makes this even more ridiculous is that I use a static dedicated IP address. That means my IP is fixed and exclusive, so the claim that other traders were somehow using the same IP makes no sense. If a company is going to breach someone’s account over something this serious, the least they should do is provide clear proof. In my case, they provided nothing.

They breach your accounts claiming they share common IPs with other traders even if you don't use any copier or VPN or VPS and only trade from your home PC. They breached both my 50K challenge and 5K funded accounts. They even sent me an email from a supposed support ticket that I've never initiated, saying they received my message (never sent), together with an email that they reviewed and there was the IP violation - both emails received together at 10:41 AM. And of course the supposed IP violation only comes after you passed challenges or your funded is in profit, how convenient. There are more serious prop firm to invest your time and money in.
