Pro firms like this need to be shut down. - Support is close to non existent. - They do not delete account information as requested, simply archive your info. - They are one of the most expensive prop firms, but offer nothing for the high price. There are too many prop firms like this out there who are simply collecting data and archiving it, with very poor service offered for the traders money they handed over.

Thetradingpit is one of best prop firm in industry. They paying without any excuses or any delays. Their trading conditions are very good and stable. I have had more than 28k payouts with them, they paid always in time. This firm should be more popular. I dont know why people not mention it more. + They have best spreads and conditions for cyrptos and shares.

I’ve been using the same account for six months and have made five withdrawals without any issues. I’m currently scaling at 25 %. The only incident I had was with an EA that mistakenly placed a couple of orders during a news window, and those were cancelled. Customer support is solid. Fast payouts and good trading conditions. Everything is perfect.

I have tried about 20 prop firms, and this one is by far the worst. With a 100k account, I trade around 1–1.5 lots on Gold and about 4–6 lots on USD/JPY or similar pairs. My risk is always limited to 1%. Before I started trading, I contacted support two or three times to ask whether this trading style would be acceptable. Each time, they replied that there was no problem. I purchased a total of six 100k accounts and passed three of them. One failed, and two are still in progress. Even if you ask support for help, they lie and deceive their customers. However, you only realize you’ve been deceived once you reach the stage where you’re supposed to receive your payout.

They only said it was a “violation,” but gave no explanation whatsoever.
Summary
Since I’m using AI translation, the nuances may differ slightly. Before trading, I contacted support two or three times to confirm that my trading style was acceptable. Specifically, I asked: “With a 100k account, I trade 1–1.5 lots on Gold, and around 3–6 lots on EUR/USD or USD/JPY, keeping risk at 1% per trade. Is this acceptable?” Each time, they replied that there was no problem. So, I purchased four 100k accounts in August and two in September. One failed, but three passed, one passed Phase 1, and one was +2% in Phase 1, all progressing smoothly. Of course, I never traded during major news events, and only made a few trades per day, all following the trading style mentioned above. Then recently, I submitted my first payout request, but they refused it. I was also supposed to receive another payment today. Including the refund from the first payout, the total amount is about 1,500 USD. Please approve all pending payments and restore access to the five accounts I currently own.

Not recommended for scalpers as they have this 30% margin rule max. This rule is kinda hidden. Prop firm has potential to be number 1 since they have lots of pairs, stock and even crypto to trade. Spreads are good for USD pairs and commision is okay but this 30% is forcing people to be a day trade or swing trader. Big turn off for me would give a 5 star review if only they change that rules. But if you are intraday or swing trader, this the prop firm to go to
