ThinkCapital initially provided a smooth trading experience with reasonable challenge conditions and a user-friendly platform. However, my overall experience became negative when my payout request was rejected after submission due to the firm's decision to discontinue challenge accounts in my region. No prior notice, warning, or advance communication was provided before this decision affected my account. The payout denial was not related to any rule violation or trading issue but rather to an internal operational decision. While the firm offered a refund of the challenge fee, I was disappointed that pending payout requests were not honored. The lack of transparency and timing of the decision significantly impacted my trust in the firm's handling of client accounts and payouts.

I am extremely disappointed by ThinkCapital's decision to abruptly discontinue challenge accounts in my region and terminate active accounts with immediate effect. What makes this situation particularly concerning is that I had already met the requirements and generated a payout through legitimate trading activity. Instead of honoring the profits earned under the terms that were in place when the account was purchased, the company has chosen to close accounts and offer only a refund of the initial fee. A refund of the challenge cost does not compensate traders for the time, effort, discipline, risk management, and successful performance invested in achieving payout eligibility. Traders entered these programs in good faith, followed the rules, and fulfilled the objectives set by the company. If operational or regional restrictions required ThinkCapital to discontinue its services, a fair and transparent solution would have been to honor all earned and pending payouts before closing affected accounts. Denying traders the benefits they rightfully qualified for raises serious concerns about fairness, accountability, and the treatment of successful traders. I respectfully call on ThinkCapital to provide a clear public explanation regarding how traders with earned or pending payouts are being treated and why legitimate profits generated under valid account agreements are not being honored. Transparency and integrity should remain the foundation of any prop trading firm.

Earned $1,545, Payout Denied ⭐ 1/5 Passed the two-step challenge, followed all the rules, and legitimately earned a $1,545 payout. When I requested my payout, ThinkCapital rejected it due to their internal operational limitations and policy changes. They acknowledged that my trading was legitimate and that I had not violated any rules, yet still refused to pay the profits I earned. Weeks of hard work and discipline were wasted because of issues on their end. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ThinkCapital to any serious trader.

i have bought 8 accounts from jan 2026 till now and it was my 2nd time getting funded , but while my account was being upgraded to live i received the mail that, think capital is removing the service from pakistan and terminating my funded account , if a firm decide to stop working anywhere , they never terminate the running account and stop giving new accounts.

My experience with this firm has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I followed their rules, reduced my risk per trade as instructed, and traded with controlled lot sizes. Despite this, my account was reset and labeled as “punting” without any clear, specific examples of what I did wrong. The biggest issue is the lack of transparency. Decisions are based on vague internal judgments rather than clear and measurable rules. Even after multiple requests, I did not receive a detailed explanation—only repeated generic responses. This creates a lack of trust and confidence in the evaluation process. I would strongly advise others to fully understand the risks of rule interpretation before investing time and money with this firm

Been trading with Think Capital for about 13 months after 13 payouts and about 29k USD received from payouts, I can definitely say Think Capital has been one of the most reliable prop firms I've used. And this is coming from a person that has traded with more than 12 prop firms

I had a 200K swing funded account with the company and I was informed yesterday this type of account would be discontinued and removed. My account was closed immediately after receiving the email regarding this information. There is more than $2,000 profit and a winning trade running in the account all disappeared. As I have had challenge fee refunded with first payout, the company only offered a coupon code and a 10K challenge account as a compensation.

So Thinkcapital huh, the fact that theres still a legit profirm that gives away 10k accounts for free to thousands of traders in 2026 should tell you enough and prove they're designed for the development of the teading community. My experience so far was the best ever and ive traded with the biggest firms in the game for years. I passed 3 phases without facing a single issue, not one, and allowed me to trade with no stress on mind unlike other propfirms. So what im so appreciative of Thinkcapital is after issuing my funded account the risk team contacted me via email and clarified that my margin utilization needed some correction. Imstead of breaching my account by this excuse like most propfirms would do, instead they told me to fix my mistake and continue to trade on my funded account. I really appreciated that and thanked them and assured them to fix my mistake and did then secured my payout. Now im waiting for my minimum trading days to end so i can request a payment of my earnings. All these service from a giveaway account should be appreciated cuz its fr one of a kind. I wrote this reciew solely bc i cant keep it to myself that they are arguably the best in the game ryt now. Ive never noticed such reliable propfirm except ftmo maybe so u get what i mean. Go try it for urself, don't let the negative reviews scare you, they have no excuses for traders who try to use advantage thinking theres no consequences, if ure a consistent, responsible trader u will get what you deserve 100% Im going to be requesting my payout in friday and im 101% sure i wont be disappointed.
