ThinkCapital initially provided a smooth trading experience with reasonable challenge conditions and a user-friendly platform. However, my overall experience became negative when my payout request was rejected after submission due to the firm's decision to discontinue challenge accounts in my region. No prior notice, warning, or advance communication was provided before this decision affected my account. The payout denial was not related to any rule violation or trading issue but rather to an internal operational decision. While the firm offered a r...

What I liked most about the firm was the straightforward challenge structure and the overall trading experience. The platform was easy to use, account setup was smooth, and the trading conditions were reasonable. During my time with the firm, there were no major technical issues that affected my trading, and I was able to trade normally and work toward my profit targets. However, my positive experience changed when my payout request was rejected due to the firm's decision to discontinue challenge accounts in my region. While I appreciated the trading environment, I was disappointed by the way this situation was handled and by the lack of advance notice before the payout denial.
What I liked least about the firm was the way my payout request was handled. After successfully trading and submitting a payout request, it was rejected due to the firm's decision to discontinue challenge accounts in my region. I received no prior notice, warning, or communication that such a change was being considered before my payout request was submitted. The payout denial was not related to any rule violation or trading misconduct on my part. Instead, it resulted from an internal business decision made by the company. I was particularly disappointed that pending payout requests were not honored despite being submitted while the account was active and operating under the existing terms. The lack of transparency and advance communication regarding such a significant change left me feeling that traders were not given a fair opportunity to protect their interests before the decision was implemented.

Summary
My payout request was submitted while my account was active, compliant with the firm's rules, and showing eligible profits. At the time of submission, there had been no announcement, email, dashboard notification, or public notice indicating that challenge accounts in my region would be discontinued or that pending payouts might be affected. After submitting the payout request, I expected the standard review process. Instead, the request was rejected, and only afterward did I receive an email stating that ThinkCapital had decided to discontinue challenge accounts in my region due to infrastructure limitations. The email further stated that all active challenge accounts would be closed immediately and that pending payout requests would not be processed. What concerns me most is that the denial was not based on any trading violation, breach of risk parameters, account abuse, prohibited strategy, or failure to follow the firm's rules. The payout was rejected solely because of a business

Summary
I am extremely disappointed by ThinkCapital's decision to abruptly discontinue challenge accounts in my region and terminate active accounts with immediate effect. What makes this situation particularly concerning is that I had already met the requirements and generated a payout through legitimate trading activity. Instead of honoring the profits earned under the terms that were in place when the account was purchased, the company has chosen to close accounts and offer only a refund of the initial fee. A refund of the challenge cost does not compensate traders for the time, effort, discipline, risk management, and successful performance invested in achieving payout eligibility. Traders entered these programs in good faith, followed the rules, and fulfilled the objectives set by the company. If operational or regional restrictions required ThinkCapital to discontinue its services, a fair and transparent solution would have been to honor all earned and pending payouts before closing affected accounts. Denying traders the benefits they rightfully qualified for raises serious concerns about fairness, accountability, and the treatment of successful traders. I respectfully call on ThinkCapital to provide a clear public explanation regarding how traders with earned or pending payouts are being treated and why legitimate profits generated under valid account agreements are not being honored. Transparency and integrity should remain the foundation of any prop trading firm.

Earned $1,545, Payout Denied ⭐ 1/5 Passed the two-step challenge, followed all the rules, and legitimately earned a $1,545 payout. When I requested my payout, ThinkCapital rejected it due to their internal operational limitations and policy changes. They acknowledged that my trading was legitimate and that I had not violated any rules, yet still refused to pay the profits I earned. Weeks of hard work and discipline were wasted because of issues on their end. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ThinkCapital to any serious trader.

Summary
this is the mail i revceived from think capital: Dear client, After careful consideration, we regret to announce that regular challenge accounts have been discontinued and permanently removed from our product catalogue for your region. Our current infrastructure is no longer able to support challenge accounts in certain jurisdictions, and as a result, we are required to close all active challenge accounts within the affected regions with immediate effect. We sincerely understand that this is not the news you were hoping to receive, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause. This decision was not taken lightly, and we want to assure you that the integrity of your investment remains our priority. A full refund for the amount paid for the product will be processed in accordance with our refund policies. In order to proceed, we kindly ask that you provide your USDT-TRC20 wallet address, as this will be the method used to complete the reimbursement. Please note that this is a final operational decision and is not subject to review or appeal. We appreciate your understanding and continued support of ThinkCapital. Should you have any questions regarding the refund process, please do not hesitate to contact us. Kind regards,

I have been using Think Market for a few months now, and my overall user experience has been absolutely fantastic. The user interface is incredibly clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate even for beginners. I am highly impressed by how quickly the pages and charts load without any annoying lags. Executing transactions on the platform is seamless, which gives me great confidence while using it. Another major plus is their customer support team, as they are always responsive and genuinely helpful. The mobile application is just as robust and reliable ...

My experience with this firm has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I followed their rules, reduced my risk per trade as instructed, and traded with controlled lot sizes. Despite this, my account was reset and labeled as “punting” without any clear, specific examples of what I did wrong. The biggest issue is the lack of transparency. Decisions are based on vague internal judgments rather than clear and measurable rules. Even after multiple requests, I did not receive a detailed explanation—only repeated generic responses. This creates ...

Been trading with Think Capital for about 13 months after 13 payouts and about 29k USD received from payouts, I can definitely say Think Capital has been one of the most reliable prop firms I've used. And this is coming from a person that has traded with more than 12 prop firms

I had a 200K swing funded account with the company and I was informed yesterday this type of account would be discontinued and removed. My account was closed immediately after receiving the email regarding this information. There is more than $2,000 profit and a winning trade running in the account all disappeared. As I have had challenge fee refunded with first payout, the company only offered a coupon code and a 10K challenge account as a compensation.

I’ve been meaning to drop this review to vouch for Think Capital. I received an $800 payout back in January, and the entire experience was top-notch. What impressed me most was how they processed my account. From the moment I hit my targets to getting the actual funds, everything was handled professionally and without any unnecessary delays. It’s been a few months since that payout, and I can say their platform remains one of the most reliable I’ve used. If you’re looking for a prop firm that is transparent and actually pays out, this is it.

So Thinkcapital huh, the fact that theres still a legit profirm that gives away 10k accounts for free to thousands of traders in 2026 should tell you enough and prove they're designed for the development of the teading community. My experience so far was the best ever and ive traded with the biggest firms in the game for years. I passed 3 phases without facing a single issue, not one, and allowed me to trade with no stress on mind unlike other propfirms. So what im so appreciative of Thinkcapital is after issuing my funded account the risk team...
