Even during the most volatile times of the year 30th Jan & 2nd Feb trading Gold, trading conditions stayed stable and execution was smooth with no issues. Their spread is not bad compared to others. They issue out credentials instant after purchasing account so they are not bad at, also their customer assistant is very active pm website and discord too.
Their thinkTrader app is kinda slow when you are trying to open it after minimising your phone, so they should do some work on the app to make it faster to open like the likes of mt5

What I liked the most is how transparent and trader oriented the rules are. You always know exactly where you stand the drawdown, targets, and limits update clearly in the dashboard, so there’s no confusion or surprise breaches. Combined with stable execution and fast support that actually understands trading, it feels like the firm is built for traders to pass and stay funded, not to fail them.
What I liked the least is that, like any prop firm, you still have to be very precise with risk management even small mistakes can cost a lot of progress, so there’s a learning curve at the beginning while you adapt to the rules and pacing. Once you understand it, it’s fine, but the adjustment period can feel a bit stressful at first.

The main challenge is that the 7% profit target can feel slow to reach when trading conservatively, which may psychologically pressure some traders to overtrade.
