On June 14, 2025, at 6:53 AM GMT+8, I requested a withdrawal of $1,464. By 11:47 AM GMT+8, I received an email confirming the payout approval. As per the 60/40 profit split, my expected payout was $874.40, and I received a certificate reflecting this amount. I bought two 5K instant fund accounts but both said breach but I still have loss limits. I don't understand how do they calculate loss limit. I have $300 max loss limit but both account breach with $4,777.86 and $4,840.06. I didn't breach the daily loss limit of $150. One of the account with highest balance is $5043.71, but the equity breach level is 4834.22. Your company said $300 max loss limit, but now only $200? and this loss limit is calculated based on trailing. Also my account equity now is $4,840.06, but they breach my account.

Customer service on the best lvl. Trading conditions are good, no complaints about that (low spreads and comms.) Payout was received in 2 business days and along that way support was always in touch and was helping as they could, they were doing their best. No complains about that prop. Overall good prop firm, recommend it.

Payout rule is horrendous. If you have any trades under 10 seconds that happens you are doomed. I requested the maximum payout amount on a 25k instant which is 500$. I had 2 trades out of 10 that were under 10 seconds. One being 2 seconds and one being 7 seconds. I do one trade per day maximum and I don't do any high frequency trading. They removed 450$ out of the 500$ of the payout and also removed it from the account balance. The reason was that the 2 trades were over half of the amount requested on the payout. the fact that it was instant funded and good price
the under 10 seconds rule counted on the payout amount and not the profit made into the account. Which makes it pretty much impossible to get a payout in the case that you get 1 or 2 trades under 10 seconds even if you have 12 others that are over 10 seconds that hit profit
