CFT initiated the Ascend Challenge in support of flood relief efforts in Spain. Wanting to contribute to the Spanish community, I purchased a 100K challenge for $780. Despite all my trades being clean and transparent, they refused to pay me the $4,200 I rightfully earned, citing an unreasonable excuse. They promise 100x leverage in crypto trades. But they don't pay.
Even if you make all your trades cleanly and honestly, they give you absurd reasons not to process your payout. When you write in the Telegram group, your message is deleted and you're blocked. When you send an email, they don't respond. Not only do they refuse to pay the money you've earned, but they also don't refund the money you paid for the account you purchased. On social media, they send the same emails to many honest traders and refuse to make the payments.

Commissions in crypto are very low, good controls for trading. The only problem is that you can't move the stop loss to a winning position. For the rest is excellent.

Crypto availability. Nice platform for 30 crypto. I hope the rest (you can trade 125) will add to the crypto platform soon. The commisions are extreamly low, nice advantage. Also very short spread.
You can't move stop loss to a winning position in crypto platform. When I had open around 15 minutes the window of crypto platform, this started to lag to receive command, it wasnt a pc Issue. It solved refreshing window. A couple of times, the open trades disappeared and also the graph of the asset. Even refreshing doesn't work. Fortunately, the button close all and close individual orders was every time active (without display any numbers), it solved opening other browser and log in. And also, like 10 percent of the time, you have some slippage when close and open orders (higher than most popular exchanges).

The purchase is easy, the credentials are given very quick, spreads are good, and trading objectives and rules are decent as well. I didn't like that the dashboard wasn't always up to date, and that their customer service is sometimes pretty bad. I had times when I contacted them and received a quick, professional, friendly and clear response, and other times when it was a rude, short response that didn't even touch on what I was asking. Once the trading objectives were met, I received my next phase account quick, and the payout was also very quick....

As we told you, there were not any technical error, so we can't give you back your account because closing the account was correct.

Regarding my account, there were two technical errors that led to me holding two opposite positions, resulting in a claim of 'hedging rule' breach: (1) The position stop-loss (SL) did not trigger properly, closing only 20% of my position, and in some cases, not closing anything at all. (2)The conditional trigger order did not close my position but opened an opposite one instead. Despite communicating with customer support, they continue to reject my appeals and deny my account restoration. Additionally, they keep deleting my messages, which is disappointing and shows they are afraid of clients exposing their unethical behavior. Without proper clarification, I believe this platform operates like a scam, taking users' funds without any valid reason. Please be cautious and avoid using this service, as they will take your funds without justification.

I'm currently funded with them for more than one month. Got 2 payouts. CFT is a good firm but they need some improvements. Payout process should be smooth and fast. Dashboard doesn't have very much information and data so it needs to be improved. They don't offer XAUUSD(gold) as pair for trading. In short I'm satisfied because they are paying.
