Payment was rejected from this company, and my account was banned. customer service is slow and not user focused. Communication seems to get worse as we receive payout. When my payout was not given, I had valid reasons, maybe they did too, but since we could not even establish communication after the rejection, it was left open-ended and my efforts should not have been thrown aside so easily.

The have horrible trading conditions thier support is never helpful and the denied my payout of $1270 claiming I traded from a different ip address which is a lie

Some of the trading pairs have pretty low volume and is very easy to get wicked out of position that continue to go where you thought it would. Otherwise, a solid prop firm and looking to purchase more accounts with them.

I have been trading with CFT for over 50 days, my experience with them has been absolutely amazing. I love their trading conditions, (Tight Spreads on forex and crypto). This prop firm has bullied me with multiple payout denials. The spread was very good, but I had to wait for the credentials and only received them after asking. Normally it works automatic but i was the one with a problem. However, the payout came very quickly. Overall, very satisfactory! I can rec. them with no doubt til now!
