I am deeply frustrated with AquaFunded's handling of my $5,000 instant funding account, which was unfairly breached under their obscure 2% rule despite adhering to the 3% daily drawdown ($150) and 6% total drawdown ($300) limits. This rule triggers an automatic hard breach and account closure if any open position shows a floating loss of $100 or more (2% of the balance), which feels like a deliberate trap rather than fair risk management—it should at least be a soft breach or simple warning to allow recovery. Such practices seem designed to defraud and demoralize traders, preventing legitimate payouts and eroding trust in the firm. I urge potential users to beware and demand clearer, more equitable policies from AquaFunded.

He comprado cuentas de 200k varias veces en Aquafunded desde su lanzamiento mucho antes de que Aquafunded fuera listado en PFM. Mi experiencia fue muy mala. Los gráficos parecían mostrar slippage y la cuenta de trading no podía abrirse. Solo cargaba, así que no podíamos verla. Al principio pensé que algo así le había sucedido a la primera cuenta. I’ve had 2 funded accounts since October. I finally beat the consistency rule with one of them and requested payout. My account was blocked due to breaching the 1% rule which isn’t stated in the rules on the type of account I had. I asked when this trade was and they said 13th November. If this was a breach why did they let me trade for another 2.5 months on both accounts as I took the same trade?

One of the most affordable companies on the market, and I've never had any issues with payout payments. Customer service is responsive and fast. Trading conditions are quite reasonable. On the downside, The news trading rule is definitely very annoying. All high-impact news, whether related to the pair you're trading or not, is categorized under this rule. There are dozens of data points throughout the day, and sometimes this situation becomes extremely frustrating.

The dashboard was user-friendly, and the overall funding process was fast and smooth. I also appreciated the initial professionalism in communication — up until the payout stage.
The payout process was extremely disappointing. Despite following all the rules and providing evidence, I was given multiple shifting reasons for denial — and no actual platform-based proof was ever shared. It felt like the goalposts kept moving once I became eligible for a withdrawal.

I traded for one month on an Instant Funding Pro account, fully complying with the rules. My trades were never open simultaneously, and losses were within allowed limits. When I requested my payout, the firm gave multiple conflicting reasons — finally settling on a supposed -2% floating PnL breach. I requested platform-based evidence of this breach, but none was ever provided. Instead, they closed my case and offered a new account. I followed the rules and earned my payout — I believe I was unfairly denied.
