I enjoyed every bit of trading with ftmo. Their customer support was fantastically fast in response to queries. Their spreads are good sometimes and other times high. The only issue I had with ftmo is they give people of Islamic faith swap free accounts but do not give other religious faiths swap free accounts. Apart from this issue I enjoyed trading with them

I always heard that is the main character of this industry,but now I can confirm it by myself,all smooth,all perfect,never had a problem with them. If you respect the home rules,the home will respect you too.

Amazing service overall, really recommend this prop firm, I've tried a lot of prop firms before FTMO but I can tell you nothing beats FTMO in any way, its the best there is, If not the best. Fast communication, amazing spreads etc. If you need any of your questions answered, it would take minutes if not seconds for a reply from them.

Hands down the most supportive prop firm company that I've been a part of. There are so many available built into the platform that helped me stay consistent. The ability to track trading performance and consistency, the ability to keep up to date with the fundamental aspect through their economic calenders. Using FTMO since September 2023 (funded early November 2023), I appreciated the clarity of the dashboard and especially the customer support. I got all my questions answered on the same day, and refund on same day on credit card. as well when I have made wrong selection in my orders. The payout are possible once a month only, it's less than other prop firms, but I got them all paid in less than 24 hours. Great overall experience, received my first payout together with a refund from my challenge which were processed very quickly. and 2 weeks later my second payout, also quickly processed. Customer service is professional and proactive, enquiring if payout has been received. I had also a very useful performance coach session. The best prop firm experience so far

While not entirely with the times, FTMO is still the gold-standard when it comes to honest prop firms. They have good (not great) customer care, decent trading conditions (FX and Gold) and excellent payout times. I have been funded with them before and would gladly return to them. The main deterrents are their pricing and Step 1 challenge objective (10% target). But in terms of peace-of-mind, which is essential in this career, you certainly have it with FTMO.
