I had a disappointing experience with Goat Funded Trader regarding my payout and account closure. My payout was put on hold and my account was blocked due to an IP address issue. I’ve had a pretty good overall experience with GFT so far. The trading conditions have been reasonable, with good spreads and a straightforward set of rules once you take the time to understand them. What I like the most about GFT is definitely the dashboard. It’s clean, modern, and gives you a really good overview of your account and trading performance without making things feel complicated. The stats and analytics are especially useful for understanding what’s actually working in your trading. The backtesting option is another feature that really stands out to me. Being able to test strategies on historical data directly through the GFT dashboard is a huge plus.
The main thing I like the least about GFT is the minimum profitable-day requirement. Having to make at least 0.5% profit on a day for it to count can feel restrictive, especially for traders who prefer a more patient or low-frequency trading style. Sometimes the market simply doesn’t provide a good setup, and forcing yourself to reach a specific daily profit can create unnecessary pressure to trade when you would normally stay out. I understand the reason behind the rule, but I would personally prefer if profitable days were more flexible and the focus was mainly on overall risk management and consistency.

My experience with Goat Funded Trader has been very disappointing, especially when it comes to customer support and platform issues. I purchased an account and specifically chose MetaTrader 5. The only positive aspect was that the account purchase process was relatively simple. Other than that, my experience with the platform and customer support was disappointing.
The customer support and the platform were the biggest issues for me. The support team was not helpful or interested in resolving my problem, and the platform had serious issues with charts and trade visibility.

Resumen
Goat Funded Trader sent me a PDF which they presented as a report supporting the coordinated-trading allegation. However, the document essentially contained account numbers and trading information showing entries, exits, and timing comparisons between accounts. It did not establish any verifiable connection between me and the other alleged accounts. There was no evidence provided showing that I owned or controlled those other accounts, communicated with those traders, shared information with them, or participated in any coordinated trading group. Simply showing that two accounts had trades with similar or relatively close entry/exit times does not, by itself, prove that the account holders were coordinating their trading

Got my payout denied for "coordinated group trading" and it's honestly a slap in the face to the work and effort I have been putting in. I trade completely on my own, no signals, no group, no copier, nothing. I use the TomTrades strategy which is literally free on YouTube, so obviously a ton of other people trade it too, entries are gonna look similar to other people sometimes, that's not coordination that's just trading the same pair with the same logic as everyone else. Trading was fine, slippage was a little intense at times but never anything out of the ordinary
Customer service is terrible, everyone is rude, dismissive and passive aggressive. I asked on discord "I'm scared to by another challenge and get accused for the same thing when I'm not doing it in the first place, how can I prevent this from happening again?" and they replied with a link to the faq rule about copy trading and said "Don't copy trade"... I know the rule is there and I KNOW I'm not group trading so that wasn't much help.
