I passed my funded account and I was suppose to get paid of $1016 and they only make payment to Rise account and which I provided and they went ahead to pay me $184 instead of my initial 80% of $1016 and I have been writing their support but they don’t want to rectify the error

Payouts That You Cannot Count On One of the company that I had high hopes for and have been consistently trading with following all their rules. Now suddenly showing their real faces. This is not a company for profitable traders, as with every profit takeout, they will put restrictions on your account. My account no 497705 is a 125k account on which I have been trading for more than 3 months and have taken out ~17000 USD in profits in last 3 withdrawal. Withdrawal 1 - 1077 USD. No issues here, Payouts was processed within a day Withdrawal 2 - 10126 USD. Now from here they have started showing their true face. They requested for the video recording for all my trades and explanation on my strategy. they called it Trading Style Review. I provided the video review explaining my trading style and all the trades I took. Basis on that, they processed my payout however have put 1% per trade restriction. I was still fine with this restriction and continued my trading. Withdrawal 3 - 5595 : When I requested the payout, risk team again asked for Trading Style Review video which I couldnt understand as I had already provided them with the video during 2nd payout. I anyhow provided the video and received the payout. Now they are closing my funded account and given me 2 options.
