Paying customer for 2 months with multiple evaluations purchased and a clean, independent trading history. My wife created a separate account out of curiosity on our shared home device = no evaluation purchased, no trades ever placed on it. Despite zero activity on that account, FFF flagged both under their "device sharing" policy and closed my account too, denying a payout I had already earned. Compliance confirmed the closure but never specified any actual trading rule violation on my account when asked directly. No meaningful appeal process once the flag hits, regardless of the facts. Be careful sharing a household device if you're funding an account here - it can cost you a payout even with zero wrongdoing.

My experience with Funded Futures Family was quite frustrating. During the purchase process, I faced multiple payment issues and had to try several times before the payment finally went through. After purchasing the account, the dashboard looked good and I received my trading credentials smoothly. However, the KYC process failed due to a technical issue before I could properly complete the verification. I was then required to go through manual verification and provide a signed waiver, two valid IDs, a selfie, phone-number confirmation, billing address, and a full screenshot of the KYC issue. I submitted the requested information through chat and email as instructed. After submitting everything, I was told that the issue would be reviewed by a higher team. However, I later received a message from senior management stating, “Due to the nature of your threats, you are not welcome back. Goodbye.” Shortly afterward, my active account was blocked/removed from the dashboard. This was extremely disappointing because I had already paid for the account and spent significant time trying to complete their KYC requirements. My main concerns are the unreliable payment process, frustrating KYC procedure, lengthy manual verification, communication, and ultimately having the account removed despite my efforts to comply with the requested process. This is my personal experience, and I am sharing it so other traders can consider these aspects before purchasing.

I had a very disappointing experience with this prop firm. I invested a significant amount of money. After successfully passing my first challenge, they refused to validate my KYC and permanently banned my account without giving me a fair opportunity to resolve the issue or appeal the decision. The most frustrating part is that they accepted my payments for challenges, but only raised the KYC issue after I had already passed. This left me feeling like I had wasted both my time and my money. Their communication was poor, and I was not given a clear explanation or a reasonable chance to verify my identity. A transparent and fair KYC process should happen before allowing customers to invest heavily in challenges, not after they succeed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this prop firm. Be aware of the risk that your account could be closed even after passing a challenge, with little or no opportunity to appeal.

My overall experience with the firm was mixed. I did not end up receiving a payout, so I can't personally comment on the payout process from the perspective of successfully withdrawing profits. However, I did like the trading conditions while I was using the account. The trading environment was one of the better aspects of the firm for me. I found the trading conditions relatively straightforward and comfortable to work with, and the rules were generally manageable. The platform and execution experience were also good enough for me to trade my strategy without feeling unnecessarily restricted. What stood out most was the flexibility of the trading conditions. I liked being able to focus on trading rather than constantly worrying about complicated rules. For my trading style, the account structure and overall conditions felt reasonable. On the other hand, since I did not reach the point of receiving a payout, I can't give an honest first-hand review of how reliable or fast the payout process is. I also wouldn't want to claim that the firm is good or bad specifically because of payouts when I didn't personally complete one. Overall, I would say the trading conditions were the strongest part of my experience. My experience wasn't enough for me to confidently recommend the firm based on payouts, but from a trading perspective, I enjoyed the conditions and found them suitable for my strategy.

My experience with FFF has been great so far. Their rules are competitive and the price (especially for the Velocity accounts) can't be beat. I reached my first payout ever and the payout process was swiftly approved and paid out the following day. My only criticism is the dashboard seems to update irregularly and on a few occasions I had to talk to customer service because my balances weren't showing correctly but customer service was very helpful. They just recently updated the dashboard so I would expect this to be better in the future. Overall I would def recommend giving them a try.

I had a 50k account with a prop firm and passed the evaluation phase without any issues. When I reached the KYC stage, I completed all the standard verification steps. However, when it came to the address verification, my document was rejected under the claim that it was outdated, even though it was brand new. I opened a support ticket and managed to complete the verification manually, but their response time was extremely slow—it took about 3 hours just to get that done. Shortly after, my KYC was rejected without any explanation provided, and I suddenly lost access to my account. I could no longer log into the website using my email and password. When I reached out to support again, I received no reply for 2 hours. I then contacted the moderators on Discord, only to be told 'they must be busy, they'll get back to you.' When I brought up the situation again, they gave me a weekly mute.

The support team is incredibly responsive through the live chat, and every question I’ve had has been answered quickly and professionally. The platform is smooth, easy to navigate, and the rules are clear and straightforward, making the whole evaluation process easy to understand. One of the biggest advantages is that They also offer very affordable futures challenges, making it a great option for traders who want to transition from CFD trading to futures without spending a lot upfront. Since there are no funded account activation fees, the profit targets are understandably higher, but I think it’s a fair trade-off considering the low cost of entry. I passed my challenge and became funded after three attempts, and overall I’ve been very satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend Funded Futures Family to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable futures prop firm.
