I've been a loyal TakeProfitTrader customer for a long time, but this experience has ended that. During market open on April 9, 2026 — a period notorious for platform latency — an order fill mismatch caused one of my accounts to go long while another went short. Summary

When I contacted support, they refused to review execution logs, provided no technical evidence, and closed the matter with no recourse. TPT's Rule 6 claims to mirror CME Group Rule 534, but CME itself does not treat inadvertent, de minimis offsetting matches as wash trade violations. TPT's enforcement is stricter than the actual CME standard it claims to uphold.

I have never used any bots, APIs, trade copiers, or automation tools. The firm did not provide any technical evidence of automation (no API logs, no external connections, no software detection). The decision appears to be based only on behavioral patterns such as low trade frequency and consistent profitability. Additionally, the firm referenced around $50,000 in withdrawals, but this amount was accumulated over a long period through multiple small payouts, not a single event. At the time of closure, my balance was $151,800, including approximately $4,300 in profits that were not paid out. This decision appears to be based on assumptions rather than verifiable proof.

Useless Customer Service and Delays my payout from 12h to 16h still not yet received however the status said succeeded. When request support to help, they did not assist in this matter instead they promote their promo code so the case can be closed in the zendesk web. Furthermore, i requested support in wednesday but they did not response to me until i re-ask the support on the next monday. Overall Bad propfirm and false advertisement. They promise 1 day payout but they dragged on the payout for longer then 1 day
