HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE They charge you subscriptions even when you reset an account. I noticed in one of my accounts that a subscription was going to renew on July 4th and on July 1st I contact customer service about this because I just had paid for a reset. They never answered. I thought if you cancel a subscription you no longer can use the account, which is logic but no, apparently you can cancel your subscription and still use the account when you reset. What sense does that make? So I ended up paying twice. Another thing, they disabled my account when my P&L was way above drawdown. I was on a trade and suddenly my account disconnects and I can’t login again. I look at my balance and was $1400 to reach drawdown but they say I passed my drawdown. Well, since they don’t respond to me maybe they will respond to the FTC, CFTC, FINRA and Attorney General because that’s exactly where I am filling formal complaints against TPT. Date of experience: July 01, 2025 P.S. The fact that they closed comments on X where no one can write them anything is a huge red flag.
