Take Profit Trader - Futures Firm Reviews

I’m a Vietnamese trader and not fluent in English, but this is my real experience. I lost my PRO account due to a system issue — trades didn’t close automatically. Later, my account showed $31,000 profit, but when I requested payout, support refused to pay, saying: “You broke a rule, so the account has nothing to withdraw.” No intentional rule violation. No compensation. Hundreds of dollars spent, zero profit paid. Take Profit Trader hides behind rigid rules and a poorly designed system instead of protecting traders. Worst prop firm experience ever. Use at your own risk.

Take Profit Trader is the easiest prop firm futures to follow no gigantic headache. I can trade whatever i want and daily payout is the perfection of this prop firm

Stay away if you copy trade. Had an issue with my copy trading software, it placed a single hedging mnq trade on 4 accounts by accident. Closed the position within 5 seconds, they even showed this on their logs, they terminated my accounts. They give no leeway to first time mistakes. Their payout time has also increased, you will see many reviews about people having to wait days to get their payout. Would recommend to stay away, there are much better firms out there, that understand sometimes mistakes happen.

One of the most dishonest prop firms I’ve ever dealt with! - Midway through the evaluation they suddenly changed the trailing drawdown rules (no prior notice), making it almost impossible to pass Phase 2 (Buffer) without violating the new limits. - They added trades to my history — orders I never placed, at times I wasn’t even trading — just to justify the breach and keep my profits. - Support goes silent or gives copy-paste answers. No appeal, no explanation, no payout. they pay small promotional withdrawals to keep the ads running, but the moment real money is on the table they invent violations Verdict: Avoid TakeProfitTrader at all costs. There are far more honest firms out there.

Good Experience with them but the EOD Trailing Drawdown is kind of not Good it actually limits you and now that by the time i joined and bought challenge my country was available but now it's not available so can't verify my account anymore. Consistency rule is the best in the industry on that they disserve the credit

Dashboard is easy to navigate, rules are pretty straight forward. Great experience so far. The intraday trailing on the PRO account can be tricky at first.

​This is a solid firm, offering straightforward and clear rules which are easy to follow. The dashboard is one area that could be improved, as it could use more features. Although I didn't manage to pass my account, I would still say it's a good prop firm overall.

Have traded with many prop firms, and Take Profit is in my top 2, just behind Topstep. I trade using Sierra Chart / Rithmic and have never had any issues with placing trades / slippage. Have received 5 payouts from Pro Accounts, and they have all been received within 1-2 days, so payments are excellent. Customer service is good enough for me, meaning they always get back to you with a couple hours, but might not be available right away. Might be an issue for some traders. Pricing is excellent, especially with current promos (NOFEE40). No activation fees is great! There are some connection issues with Rithmic having to do with disabling PRO accounts after they are blown, but a quick message to customer service always fixes the issue. Doesn't affect your trading. My only gripe with Take Profit is the trailing drawdown in Pro Accounts. It can really devastate a decent trading day/days, leading to the closure of your account very quickly. Your trading style might need to altered when trading Trailing vs EOD drawdown because you cant hold through deeper pullbacks. You have to be much more careful/tight with entries, holds, and exits. This is why the majority of my business is with TopStep, but I do trade concurrently with Take Profit on a smaller scale. Overall, I do recommend, but be careful of the trailing drawdown.

The firms payour policy is a real deal. They do what they promise. The approval of payout requests are very fast and they send your money to you account asap.
