They are top notch legit firm that provides a wealth of opportunity. Only tough rule is the news trading. You have to keep up with both Forex Factory and MyFXBook calendars. You've been warned! Don't be a cry baby.

Their rules are clearly available and if you respect them, you should have no problems. I have learned myself that it is always worth checking the rules carefully rather than making assumptions. I also really like the regular promotions and monthly offers they run, which often make purchasing new challenges much more affordable. What matters most to me is knowing that when I do my part as a trader and respect the rules, the firm does its part as well. That gives me confidence to continue trading with them long term. The customer care is top notch. They make sure your needs are met. The platform also is user friendly, even a child can navigate through it. The payout usually takes 2 business working days but provided you meet the required conditions, you would definitely get your money. Well, Alpha is a great firm and I can not honestly wait to get to the Alpha Prime status.

I've been a client with Alpha Capital Group for 2 years. Recently, both of my accounts were permanently terminated and a lifetime ban over a "Computer ID" (CID) overlap, which Alpha framed as evidence of group trading with other unrelated users. I investigated this myself. My trade copier provider, Duplikium, confirmed in writing that their cloud infrastructure hosts many different clients' MT5 terminals on shared servers, which can legitimately produce identical device IDs between completely unrelated users — with zero coordination, communication, or shared control. Alpha's own risk analyst even acknowledged this in writing that shared server infrastructure is a genuine cause of false CID matches. Duplikium separately confirmed directly to Alpha that my accounts were connected only to my own copier profile, with no other user linked to them at all. Once this technical explanation was on the table, Alpha's stated reason for the ban then changed from "group trading" to "you didn't get prior written approval to use a copier." I'll own that part: I missed that specific approval step, and I said so directly to them. But a lifetime ban and closure of two accounts, built originally on a technical claim that's since been directly contradicted by the software vendor involved, is a wildly disproportionate response to a missed notification email. Alpha banned roughly 150 traders in 2024 over this same CID methodology, later admitting it was a false-positive issue and reinstating them. This is same thing is happening again and proof that the risk team do not know what they are doing. I've sent detailed evidence and had my follow-ups ignored for over a week. A firm that markets itself as treating traders "as a partner, not just a checkout" should be able to engage with clear technical evidence instead of going silent. Do not waste your time and money with them.

ACG is cheap—$800 for a $200k account—with frequent promos. Excellent trading conditions with low slippage and fast execution. Customer support is super quick, no matter the time. The interview with Mr. Harry was very relaxed, and my payout was disbursed exactly 24 hours after. I honestly have zero complaints. I hope ACG keeps up the great work

First passed prop! Alpha was amazing with the journey and I only had a stall with the KYC but all I needed was to be patient. I Love their "Balance-based" drawdown as its a lot more flexible than the equity or unrealised drawdown that other props use. Still awaiting to make my first trade but the experience has been fast and super easy so far!
