I am updating my review because the situation has become even more concerning. I have now had four payout requests rejected by this firm. The first two payouts were rejected because they claimed I had not completed the required 5 trading days. I disagreed with that interpretation, but I continued trading in order to satisfy the requirement they communicated. After that, instead of processing the payout, they rejected it again under a completely different allegation: “reverse trading” between my accounts. What makes this even more serious is that the compliance email they sent me appears to reference account numbers that are different from my actual accounts. My actual accounts are: 2837105 2837106 However, in the compliance analysis they sent me, they referred to: 2817906 2817967 This is a major issue because they are accusing me of prohibited trading activity and refusing a payout based on evidence that, according to the account numbers stated in their own email, does not even appear to correspond to my accounts. I also reviewed the trading histories of my actual accounts. They clearly show that I was repeatedly taking the same directional trades on both accounts, often within seconds of each other. For example, on multiple trading days, both accounts were simultaneously SELL NAS100, and on other occasions both accounts were simultaneously BUY NAS100. This is completely inconsistent with the idea that I was systematically using one account to hedge or reverse trade against the other. Their entire accusation appears to rely on a very short alleged overlap of 18 seconds, while ignoring the broader trading history showing repeated same-direction exposure across both accounts. So the sequence is now: First payout rejected: “not enough trading days.” Second payout rejected: again related to the 5 trading-day requirement. Later payout rejected: suddenly accused of “reverse trading.” Compliance evidence then references different account numbers from my actual accounts. This raises very serious concerns for me regarding the consistency and quality of their compliance review. I have asked them for a full manual review by a senior compliance manager, including verification of the correct account numbers, the complete trading history, and the actual trades taken across both accounts. I am sharing this experience because traders should be aware of what can happen when requesting payouts. I have no issue with a firm enforcing clear rules, but if a company rejects payouts, the reasons and evidence should be accurate, consistent, and linked to the correct accounts. At this stage, after four rejected payouts and changing explanations, I consider the handling of my case extremely unprofessional. I will update this review again if the company conducts a proper manual review and provides a clear explanation or resolves the matter.

I have been trading with Alpha Capital Group for a while now, starting from their evaluation process and eventually becoming a funded trader. Overall, my experience with the firm has been very positive. Alpha Capital Group is a proprietary trading firm that gives traders the opportunity to access funded accounts after successfully completing their evaluation requirements. What I personally like about the firm is that the rules are clearly defined, so as long as you take the time to understand them before trading, you know exactly what you are working with. In my opinion, this is especially important with prop firms because good trading performance alone is not enough—you also need to understand the firm's risk and payout rules. I started with a $10,000 account and eventually reached the funded stage. I primarily trade XAUUSD and my trading style is fairly selective. I do not trade frequently just for the sake of being active; I normally wait for my setups and use limit orders. Because of that, having trading conditions that allow me to execute my strategy normally is very important. Throughout my time trading with Alpha Capital, I have been able to follow my strategy without any major issue that negatively affected the way I trade. One thing traders should definitely pay attention to is Alpha Capital's rules regarding payouts and consistency. Some of the rules require you to manage not only your losses but also how your profits are distributed across your trading days. Personally, I do not necessarily see this as a negative, but it is something that traders need to fully understand before starting. I adjusted my trading around the firm's requirements while still keeping the core of my strategy unchanged. The most important part of my experience was obviously reaching the payout stage. I successfully received a $736 performance fee from my funded account. The payout was processed successfully, and I did not experience any serious issue during the process. For me, actually receiving a payout is one of the biggest factors when judging a prop firm because it proves that the entire process—from evaluation, to funded trading, to withdrawal—works in practice. My overall experience with Alpha Capital Group has therefore been positive. The firm has given me the opportunity to trade larger capital while continuing to use my own trading approach, and I have successfully gone through the process all the way to receiving a real payout. Of course, I would still recommend that any trader considering Alpha Capital carefully reads all of the current trading and payout rules before purchasing an account, because every trader has a different strategy and some rules may affect certain trading styles more than others. Based on my own experience so far, however, Alpha Capital Group has been reliable, my trading experience has been smooth, and most importantly, my payout was successfully received. I am continuing my journey with the firm and hopefully this will be one of many payouts to come.
