I started trading with Alpha Capital last year, their support team is very good, every time I wrote them they answered me in about 2 minutes. Regarding what really matters, I have 4 payouts on a 25k account, this is great. I got in payouts about 2k, I now plan to buy 100k / 200k accounts, If they remain as serious as they are now and payouts on bigger accounts work out smoothly, then what else can you ask for, their platform is easy to use, support team is very helpful and I had no issues regarding slippage or other things.

This is without a doubt one of the best prop firms on the market. I have already received 5 payments and have never had any problems with them. The staff is very helpful and very professional. If we follow all the rules, payments will not be rejected. Thank you Alpha Capital for your professionalism. For those who are starting out, this is without a doubt a prop firm to choose.

I got an unjustified breach of account on my 2 step swing 5k challenge account due to slippage from alphaciptalgroup's end. But the team refused to rectify it

Overall a good experience, they did refuse one of my pay outs claiming i had broken the rules, but once I proved that I had not broken the rule they overturned the decision and I did get paid out. but it took a week to sort it all out. otherwise i would have given 5 stars

Had a short interview with the Risk Management for my 1st payout. Interview went well - For another round of KYC and also to understand my trading strategy better. It is good to see a firm going above and beyond to ensure that the integrity of the prop firm is protected. Looking forward for a good relationship with ACG.

Top firm, super efficient customer service and support. Discord mods are super active and helping. Trading conditions, spread for Gold and NAS100 are tight and good execution. I got payout $4.2k through Wise and it took couple hours. I really recommend ACG, follow the rules and get paid, simple as that.

I met Alpha in 2023 and managed to make a withdrawal in 2024, but I lost my account. This year I aligned my strategies and psychology and managed to pass a test and make my first withdrawal.
