I've traded with ACG for over 1 year now and I can say that you can't compare them with any other firm, payout on time, helpful & respectful asisstance from the team. Buy one account and you'll fall in love with the platform You'll see !!

It's been over a month since I started trading with ACG.I mainly trade Nasdaq-100. There is almost always 1/2 points of slippage which is not a good sign. Other things like customer support, dashboard design is very nice and professional. I have heard from many traders about KYC issues which is a big concern. So my review is mixed for now. Will update the view if I get funded.

Alpha Capital are reliable, trustworthy and are showing their intentions of being in the prop industry for the long term. Trading conditions are great for swing trading, and the rules are very clear, and fair - be sure to educate yourslef on the rules around lot sizing. Most importantly they will pay - I have recieved 3 payouts so far, payouts take approx 2-3 business days which has been consistent. I would recomend Alpha Capital Group for sure.

I’ve been trading with alpha capital as a funded trader for over 3 months now and it’s been great every time I have question support team responds I. A reasonable time . But what I like most about them is there slippage rarely any slippage unless high impact news So far it’s been very good experience

I won a Christmas Gift $5K account and cleared the Phase 1 and Phase 2, after that within 2 business days my KYC approved and got the contract to sign. Within 1min after signing the contract got the live account details. The process was too fast and I'm quite satisfied with their services.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Alpha Capital Group. Despite providing clear evidence of a trade closing 400 pips away from the actual market price, they refused to correct the issue. This is clear manipulation, as the trade closed hours before the market, where no slippage occurred. Their lack of response and refusal to address the issue caused significant financial loss and stress. Traders, beware.

So I passed my 3rd challenge with Alpha capital and faced a few unnecessary hurdles when it came to my first payout in fact when I passed my challenge I received and email stating that I was going to be given a reduced leverage account because the risk team deemed my trading style to be “all or nothing gambling style” which was pretty insulting as I only ever trade 0.4-0.7 % of my account per trade and when I was in a trade my trades that passed my assessment were held for 48-64hrs. I was still given my funded account then when it came to my first payout my account was “flagged” and before I could receive my payout I had to undergo a risk assessment interview with one of the team members (all clearly delaying my payout) the interview itself went well as I’ve been trading for a while and I am confident I. My trading but it just felt that Alpha capital wanted to delay and if possible avoid a payout. After the interview I was paid the next day but this was almost 10days after my payout request. When it came to my 2nd payout I wired 48hours with no payout and had to email the payments team before my payout was issued. For me personally this is not ok as if a trader has passed an assessment and has an analyst account then their payouts should be received in 24-48hrs maximum as other prop firm pay with 24 hours! Alpha Capital you don’t have a good enough excuse for this. Overall though I can honestly say the communication is good they reply to emails within a day and the user interface and actual trading experience is good. I will continue with Alpha capital and just hope that there will be no more hurdles in my trading journey with this prop firm.
