After successfully passing phase 2 they locked my dashboard after contacting on dicord the told that email the support staff and wait for 5 working days for funding credentials. So i waited for 5 days but no credentials was sent and i opened ticket inwhich they told me to do mail the support so i emailed them but having no response by the support staff I again opens another ticket in which they told me to wait for 2 days for support staff for phase 2 credentials and dashbord issue. But after waiting they emailed me about kyc failure of 3rd party involved which is not done so i contacted propfirmmatch about the issue and emailed ACG about the issue and told them that propfirmmatch is involved in it and give me proof or do another kyc. After this they emailed that we will not further talk on this issue. I have done kyc by same documents email name and same mobile on funding pips, CFT and maven with no issue. Also I have passed this after so much failed attempts on firms but ACG are not responding to my issue and want to refund me which is injustice coz of so much struggle and failing so much challenges on other firms i have passed ACG. PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE ACG. Thanks to propfirmmatch for this amazing and trustworthy platform.

I did a 5k evaluation with alpha capital group and i passed the evaluation and requested a payout.It was easy requesting a payout and they sent me the money in 2 business days

The firm are doing a great job...their customer care service are swift Their pay out is to notch ,however they need to do more regarding having a system that provides immediate funded account as their funded account provisions sometime takes time

Alpha is doing a great job keeping the firm serious about its mission. Unfortunately I have experienced some delays in my payouts but overall the experience has been great and in the end they have always honored the payouts,

I had a great test, both in customer service and in the app, although I didn't manage to reach the payout phase because I wasn't able to pass my challenge.

Got the credentials really fast, execution is lightning fast with small spread (0.8-1pt on nasdaq) I have not reached a pay-out yet with them but i have seen many people being paid out so i assume it's not a problem

Alpha Capital is the best prop firm for me because they take the needs of the trader seriously. The challenges are very good define, the prices are ok and the customer service is fast
