ACG is one of a long established prop firms out there with good reviews and reputation. And when I join I know why. Their support is very good. They face issue with support mailbox is full, but their support over live chat Mr. Ahmed went extra miles to check my KYC status and approved the funded account quickly. This is somethings truly appreciative! Kudos Alpha Capital Group. I hope I trade well and earn profit to test payout!

I initially had a $200K funded account and a $100K funded account with Alpha Capital Group. However, I suddenly received an additional $100K account out of nowhere. Assuming it was a challenge account from a giveaway (as I has received a free challenge account before), I didn't think much of it. Turns out, it was actually a funded account—which meant that, through no fault of my own, I unknowingly breached their max allocation rule. This error was entirely on Alpha Capital Group, as I never requested or paid for this extra account. I immediately emailed them to explain the situation, making it clear that their mistake led to my accounts being breached. They investigated and acknowledged the issue, but their "compensation" was to only return $100K of my funded accounts, leaving me unfairly punished for something that wasn't my fault. How is that fair? They made the error, yet I’m the one facing the consequences. The right thing to do would have been to fully restore my funded accounts. Instead, they expect me to accept an incomplete resolution. Other Experiences with Alpha Capital Group: I had received three payouts, all processed within two days—so no issues there. However, I experienced frequent slippage on stop losses, but rarely on take profits, even when there was no news impact. Overall, this experience has been completely unjust. I could have overlooked minor issues like slippage, but this situation makes me seriously question the integrity and fairness of Alpha Capital Group. Traders shouldn’t have to pay the price for a firm's mistakes.

I’ve been with Alpha Capital for two years now and I’ve gotta say that I tried many other companies but none really come close to ACG, the biggest thing for me is the community that they’ve created among all the traders and the peace of mind of getting an answer to any type of question literally instantly in the group chat. (And they also allow CTrader which is a huge plus for me). Thanks ACG!!

Excellent service from evaluation all the way through funding. Website issues due to hacking, but resolved swiftly, calm customer service representatives who never panic. Slick dashboard, just a good firm overall.
