Responsive customer care, the trading conditions are pretty good ,they have no commission on their instruments, dashboard is easy to use as it's clear to understand, credentials are processed withing 5 working days with no complaints,this is a good firm

Pros: One of best if not best customer care and support in industry No spread accounts are very tight Fair prices Cons: No comission accounts can sometimes have wider spreads than ideal reaching up to 1 pip sometimes even outside of news

I have traded with ACG for over 1 year and have received several payouts. They are one of the best prop firms around and I am so happy that they continue to dominate the prop firm space. If you want to try a prop firm, this is one I recommend.

Traded with this firm for a few months now never had a issue w payouts or anything all the staff are extremely kind , respectful & helpful as stated no issues whatsoever , had my interview with Aidan today also , honestly couldn’t fault it such a smooth process 🤝

Excellent trading condition with good execution and no slippage. So far, I have received my payouts within 48hrs of request. Very good customer service response time. Highly recommend this prop firm

The firm provides excellent trading conditions, tight spreads and zero commissions (with add-ons). Payout processing times were better last year, with a maximum of 48 hours, previous payout was reached today, paid in 48 hours. Dashboard is very helpful and all the data in correctly reported. The only thing this prop needs to put more attention in, is customer care, especially funded traders that are with them since a long time, that helped to build the prop strong as it is today. I had only a serious issue with ACG, that can be easily solved, all my payouts were correctly processed, my second last payout was sent to the wrong RISE ID address (my personal address instead of the company one) ACG told me to contact RISE to refund them the money and that once they'll get it back they'll send it to the correct RISE ID, this matter is extremely important due to taxation matters. The last reply that I got was 11 days ago after sending them confirmation of refund from RISE, telling me that they are unable to send my money (that was already approved). As now I got my payout processed but the funds are still in hold from ACG. I tried writing tons of emails back to payments@alphacapitalgroup.uk no one is replying, I need this issue to be addressed as soon as possible. Your loyal Funded Trader.

still smooth going in that prop firm and i got funded without any risk in this prop firm i enjoyed trading when its come to live smooth working in that platform

The company is good in general, only there is a problem with gold: it is not possible to open a deal with less than 0.1 lot. .
