My recent experience was passing phase 2 of the challenge on August 14th and as of today, August 25th, I still haven't received the funded account, despite the rule being to receive it after 2-5 business days. What bothers me most is that support doesn't provide any solution, they just say I should wait for an email from the funding team.

Péssima empresa. Total desrespeito. passei nas duas etapas e fiz meu Kyc e validei meus documentos faz mais de 10 dias e não me mandam meu contrato e nem minha conta real. Todo dia me contam uma mentira diferente, falando que vão emitir o contrato e a conta. Pegaram meu dinheiro e agora não respeitam a condição do contrato. Péssimo suporte e péssima empresa. English Translation: Bad company. Total disrespect. I passed the two stages and did my Kyc and validated my documents more than 10 days ago and do not send me my contract and nor my real account. Every day they tell me a different lie, saying that they will issue the contract and the bill. They took my money and now do not respect the contract condition. Bad support and bad company.

This is without a doubt one of the best prop firms on the market. I have already received 5 payments and have never had any problems with them. The staff is very helpful and very professional. If we follow all the rules, payments will not be rejected. Thank you Alpha Capital for your professionalism. For those who are starting out, this is without a doubt a prop firm to choose.

Experienced a price glitch on Gold in December where price moved $40 up and down every few seconds, a limit order was triggered (set earlier in the day) and blew my max daily loss within a microsecond (it was not executed at the price I set it at, but $40 higher). After asking Alpha to review the price action, they claimed it was due to low liquidity, however given that spreads remained tight during this period that didn't make sense to me. After pressing their Head of Trading for an answer I was told that my contract with Alpha Capital would be terminated and a refund received for the purcahse of my account (which was funded). I would no longer be able to trade with them and am banned for life. Having read their discord a number of traders were effected and had accounts blown that day. The whole expisode seems particularly shady and when challenged by someone who understand the architecture of data feed's they were unable to provide a rational expliantion. Recommend avoiding Alpha

Love the trading condition, the spread. The discord support is very fast. The dashboard is also very aesthetic and the journal is also included which enhance the experience of a trader,

Second payout without any problem with Alpha Capital, highly recommend, customer service is sharp and very quick, didn't have any big issues and all the little stuff had been sorted out real quick!

Laggy website. Spread a bit larger than usual, however still compensated as they don’t have commission charged. Customer service overall not too bad.

Everything is fine. Trading conditions are really good, very informative dashboard. Nice place to start or continue your trading journey. Payouts are smooth, paid no longer than 48 business hours. Already received my second payout.
