The founders of Alpha Capital Group are very proffesional in their actions. These people are well known in the UK, They offer great deals for challenges and have their own platform technology for order execution. The website dashboard is also pretty nice, with built-in journal and account statistics. Definitely recommend ACG for new traders and experienced ones!

Alpha Capital Group is my favorite prop firm right now! They offer great trading conditions with either raw spreads or zero commissions, which you choose when you buy the account. Also, the account credentials process is very fast, you receive your account almost instantly after making a payment. They also offer a MetaTrader 5 platform, which was another advantage for me to choose this prop firm.

After struggling with challenges and failing multiple times, I finally got funded with Alpha Capital Group in august 2024. I started with Alpha in August and now have 3 funded accounts. The journey hasn’t been without its lessons, but Alpha Capital has proven to be the best experience in my trading career so far. One of the most notable aspects of Alpha Capital is their straightforward rules and supportive structure, which have enabled me to achieve 7-8 successful payouts. This success has given me the confidence to continue growing as a trader. My experience with Alpha Capital Group has been incredibly rewarding. Their platform provides a solid foundation for traders who are willing to learn, adapt, and follow the rules. I’m looking forward to more payouts and further success with Alpha Capital Group. Alpha capital did something massive that led me to passing challenges and got funded. I could have made withdrawals but due to network related issue from my end. I lost my profit and my account got breached at funded stage. They gave me the best gift December with the free 5k

ONE THING I LOVEEEE ABOUT ACG is that ACG is the only prop firm to put events on, you guys have a literal personality, and you guys are professional but don’t take yourselves to seriously. You have a regulated broker too so that’s solid. You still have MT5 which other prop firms don’t… amazing Only thing you could improve is one step challenges with higher profit targets 👩‍🍳👍🔥👍🔥👍🔥

I've been with them for 4 months, I've paid 7 times, I've managed to make a profit 3 times on my funded account and all 3 times they've rejected the payment, each for a different reason.

The best thing ill keep firm is the community and staff alongside the management team also. I believe you guys have dealt with issues along the way in an instant aswell as support your clients with help they need. Not only is the help a bonus within the discord I love how not only the clients but the staff are involved with the banter and laughs.

HIDDEN RULES IN ALPHA CAPITAL, THE SUPPORT AGENT CONFIRMED THEM I recently passed a two phase account for 200k on alpha capital (screenshot 1) and got Banned because of hidden rules. Did you often open 2 positions in a row? If you had such positions in alpha capital, then you broke the rules, the proof is below. I needed to open 375 lots (Size 1 lot = 1) on US500, the maximum lot per position in Ctrader was 100, so I could not open all 375 lots in one position. There is no lot limit on phase 1 and phase 2, which is spelled out in their rules, so I opened 4 positions 100/100/100/100/75 in a row (Screenshot 2) Because of this my account was rejected and did not pass to the fanded phase. The support agent said that such behavior violates spamming order book rule, which is why my account was rejected. But, the rule clearly states “large number of small orders”, BUT (Screenshot 2) First of all - I had only 4 positions, which is clearly not a “large number”. Secondly - each position was opened for the maximum possible lot for one position in Ctrader on US500, which is clearly not “small orders”. Apparently, alpha capital realized that such bans will cause a lot of questions in the future, so they changed the rule the next day, the new rule was sent to me the next day by their support agent, but without the wording “small orders” (Screenshot 2). It's funny, on their website there is the second version of the rule, when in discord they write the first version - THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR RULES, THEY ARE DIFFERENT IN DISCORD AND ON THE SITE (Screenshot 3). I continued to ask the support what are the specific criteria for this rule, I was able to find out the following: 1. The support agent said that it is not allowed to open 2 positions in a row without a 2-3 minute gap (Screenshot 4). It turns out that the wording “large number of small orders” in the rule = only 2 positions in a row and size of the orders doesn’t matter at all. 2. Further interesting, because the next day the support agent said that they have a RULE already in 1 minute, note that he said that this RULE several times, but it is strange that the support agents contradict each other (Screenshot 5). 3. Perhaps the reason why agent 1 and agent 2 are contradicting each other is that agent 2 said that this RULE is not written anywhere, and therefore it is HIDDEN RULE (Screenshot 5). Based on the above said by alpha capital support agents we can conclude: There is a rule that you can't open even 2 positions in a row without a 1 minute gap between them, SUPPORT RECOGNIZED THAT THIS 1 MINUTE RULE IS NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE. I will not lie, they sent me a refund for this account, thus confirming that I did not violate the rules, as their rules clearly state that in case of violation of the rules REFUND IS IMPOSSIBLE, so I did not violate the rules. So they once again recognized that my account was rejected without violating the rules. (Screenshot 6) You can draw your own conclusions. Obviously they will try to justify that they had a rule about not spamming the order book, by doing this you are breaking the rules because you will be considered a manipulator. (Screenshot 3) BUT, there is NO INFORMATION about the specific numbers you will find in this rule (Screenshots 4,5). alpha capital, please ANSWER TO THIS QUETIONS: 1. Could you have known this numbers based on the rule on their website? (Screenshots 4,5) 2. Why didn't they write the exact numbers in the rules, specifically about the “2 positions in a row” and the “1 minute rule”? 3. Why in their rule wording “large number” = only 2 positions in practice? 4. Why the wording “small orders” turned out to be a fiction and the order size is not taken into account in practice? 5. Why is there no mention of time (1 minute rule) ? All this makes this rule hidden THEY WILL PROBABLY TRY TO JUSTIFY THE EXISTENCE OF THIS RULE, DON'T LET YOURSELF BE DECEIVED, THIS RULE IS A FICTION, UNTIL THEY ANSWER THESE 5 QUESTIONS DIRECTLY. I will not say that alpha capital is a scam or make any accusations. I just told you my situation and you can draw your own conclusions!

I have 1 year whith this prop firm and i have really good experience whith them i got all my payout I work whith them and i know something: just follow the rules and u can do anything whith this prop firm

Hey Trader, I got a challenge of 5K in giveaway from Alpha Group. I passed it very well. .Dashboard and website is little unfriendly You have to look everything carefully to understand. Customer Support is also takes 5 to 15m but they will reply you within 30m. Talking about trading Conditions this is , which i like the most in this firm better spread and No comission , fast excetion love it Alpha Group. Receiving Credentials is also So fast. When You are Tading with alpha , take care of Martingle rule. Overall It is a good choice. And I was looking for some Other firms for new challenge In Prop firm match with offer and I again select Alpha for new Challenge because I become familiar with their condition.( With Offer- Jan25).
