I deeply regret choosing audacity capital and this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a prop firm. Everything looks fine at first. They happily let traders keep buying accounts, paying fees, and trading for months without problems. But in my experience, the moment you become profitable and request a serious payout, everything changes. I made $21,279 in profit on my funded account and submitted a payout request. Instead of being paid, I received a generic rejection email accusing me of “news trading” and vague “risk management concerns.” The two news events they mentioned were not even red-folder/high-impact news events, yet they still used them as justification to deny the payout and permanently breach the account. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of transparency and fairness. There was no genuine discussion, no willingness to review the trades fairly, and they immediately declared the decision “final.” In my opinion, this creates the impression that traders are welcome as long as they continue buying challenges and generating revenue for the company, but once a trader becomes consistently profitable and requests a large payout, rules can suddenly be interpreted in whatever way benefits the firm. After spending countless hours trading responsibly and building profits, having the payout rejected like this felt extremely disappointing and misleading. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this prop firm and I would strongly advise traders to be very cautious before investing their time and money here.

Serious company with an excellent career plan for capital growth for traders who want to take it as a career. I just passed the first phase of 5K and I can't wait to get a 240k and be able to double that capital in just 03 months and 2.5% monthly gains they double the account. This can change my reality and my family's.

I want to leave the most honest review possible about Audacity Capital. I've been working with this prop company since January 26, 2025, or a year and three months. The $120,000 Ability Challenge program was a good fit for me. This prop company has both its pros and cons. Among the pros, I'd like to highlight the one that every trader is primarily interested in: does the prop company pay? I can say that if you follow this prop company's trading rules, they pay their traders. However, the payout process itself is slightly different from what's stated in the rules, which is a drawback. In my last example, I requested a withdrawal on April 6, and it was sent to my internal wallet fairly quickly on April 9. However, I requested a withdrawal to my personal wallet on April 9, and the funds arrived on April 21. They had an ad before the update that stated, "As soon as the request is approved, traders will receive the profit share in their wallet on the same day." The rules on their website also state, "Upon approval, payouts from trading accounts to your dashboard wallet are processed within one business day upon approval. Profit withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days upon review of the account." I got it on the eighth day. One advantage is that when you pass the assessment stages, the rules for your funded account don't change. That is, you will receive a funded account according to the rules described initially. For $540 (I have experience with this program), you will receive: Account $120,000 Drawdown 10% Daily Loss 5% Drawdown Type - static First payout after 14 days Payment split 75%/25%. The scaling program is also a huge plus. I personally think it's wonderful. I also liked the removal of the consistency rule and mandatory trading days on funded accounts with the latest update, which is a big plus. However, the introduction of a 2-minute trading rule, meaning a trade must be open for at least 2 minutes, is absurd. Now, when opening a trade, I have to wait 2 minutes before setting a stop-loss and take-profit because there's a risk the order will close faster. There's also an oversight in the rules description. If this happens, it's unclear what the penalty will be. It could be a simple warning, "Let's subtract the profit," or an account ban. I consider this a drawback for me and my trading strategy. There are also restrictions on news trading, which weren't there when I started working with them. You can hold on to news, but you can't open or close trades within 3 minutes before or after an important news event. And here again, the same problem arises: it's unclear what will happen if this happens. They reserve the right to decide what happens to the trader, or rather, their account, delegating the decision to the risk group. Although I think it would be more honest to state the consequences upfront. For example: 1st time - warning 2nd time - let's subtract the profit 3rd time - account blocking I'd like to especially highlight the technical support team. The team does a great job, especially Rolando. What changes would I like to see: Clearer rules, or more specifically, spelling out the penalties for which violations. Revise the 2-minute rule. And I'd like a more streamlined payment system. Overall, working with Audacity Capital suits me. I'm happy with their Ability Challenge program for my trading strategy. I hope Audacity Capital will take into account my wishes as a trader who wants the company to improve.

I’ve been trading with Audacity Capital for over a year now and really appreciate their support and relatively prompt payouts. They provide their own economic calendar on the website to track 'red folder' news, which is incredibly handy. I hope things continue to go just as well in the future. So this is my full experience with Audacity Capital. I passed a 10K challenge and went on to have a 1st payout. I requested the payout on 24th March 2026. I got no acknowledgment of the payout request, no email nothing. So I thought I did something incorrect. I went to the traders dashboard and requested the payout a 2nd time. On 30th March (7 days later) I got an email from them stating that my request to withdraw was rejected because it was duplicated!! I sent them an email protesting saying that the reason that I requested a 2nd time was because I got no acknowledgment of the 1st email. My thoughts then was...how can you reject a traders payout if they were careful to follow all your rules? The pay out was rejected on a grounds that had absolutely nothing to do with trading or keeping to their rules. 1st Red Flag. In any event they probably thought the better of it and eventually paid me the 1st payout. Enter my 2nd payout request So I carefully traded the account to a 2nd payout. This time it was again rejected. They said that I copy/reverse traded with another firm. I was like WHAT!! I have NEVER and will NEVER do something like that. They sent me some pictures of my trades next to GOD knows who's trades and said that when I sold this firm bought the same lot sizes. So that means that I am in collusion with them. So I went on to ask for proof....Company's name etc. They emailed me seemingly concerned saying they will do a deeper dive into the trades. Then after 2 days they sent me an email saying that they were correct that I copy traded some firm. They could not provide any info on who it was and how exactly they came to that conclusion. My dear traders. Trading is hard enough. You spend your time, hard earned dollars, pain and suffering to qualify an account. Taking losses after losses. If I breached a rule I had no problem with them saying my payout was declined. But when they are just dishonest. That's a whole different level.

I started with Audacity Capital challenge and completed both Phase 1 and Phase 2 successfully. After moving to the funded account, I traded normally with my strategy and proper risk management. When I requested payout, there was initially some issue raised by the risk team regarding my RR consistency. At first, my payout was reduced, but I contacted support and explained my trades. After that, they reviewed my case again and approved my full payout. I have now received my payout successfully in my crypto wallet. From my experience, the firm is fair and they do listen if you explain properly. Trading conditions are good and overall experience is positive. Some improvements are still needed in payout speed and dashboard clarity.
