I recently received a “martingale” violation notice from Blueberry Funded on my account (ID: 1827202), and I want to share my experience with other traders so they understand what to expect. The breach notification claimed that I increased my lot size after a loss, but after reviewing the trades they referenced, the decision does not reflect what actually happened: • The two trades were not executed on the same day, yet they were still flagged as a martingale sequence. • 0.05 lots is my standard position size, so the follow‑up trade was not an escalation. • The previous trade they labeled as a “loss” was effectively breakeven, with a tiny negative value caused by spread/fees rather than strategy. Because of this automated detection, my account was instantly marked as “breached” and fully disabled. I contacted the firm to request clarification and a manual review, considering the system appears to have misinterpreted the trades. However, I was informed that they can’t manually override auto-breach decisions, even in cases where context clearly matters. That means traders may not receive a human review even when the automated system produces questionable results. From my experience, this raises concerns about transparency, fairness, and how strictly automated systems are applied without considering actual trading context. Traders should carefully evaluate whether they are comfortable with a process where automated flags can result in irreversible account closures with no meaningful manual investigation. ⚠️ Consumer Caution Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that traders research this firm thoroughly and consider the risks very carefully before purchasing any challenge or account. The lack of manual review and rigid automated enforcement may not suit all traders, especially those who expect fair context-based evaluation. I hope the company improves clarity around: • How “sessions” are defined • Whether small spread-based outcomes should count as losses • Whether genuine manual review is available when the system makes an error My intention is simply to help other traders make informed decisions before committing money

Blueberry is the best broker backed prop firm in my opinion. What I like most is their low latency execution and tight spreads.
They should give more attention to customer support, especially on Discord and live chat. These support channels should be improved to the same high standard as their broker backed services.
