This company does not reply any questions, any problem, my account is active but it is not working in MT5. My account is active in the country board but it is not turning on MT5, for which I have complained many times to Blueberry Funded but no reply came.

Overall I would say they are a good firm, they are still new but conditions are improving. They have good commission rates, swap fees are low as well. Tight spreads also.

They overall have got good trading conditions, especially swap fees as sometimes I hold trades overnight.
The dashboard is a bit complicated and lacks some key metrics such as insight into whether the trade was a win or loss.

The spread on metals is good and also there is less slippage, but the pricing of the challenges compared to other prop firms is a bit expensive, it could have been less and also the lot size rule is abit annoying. Other than that it is good.

Unjustified Account Breach by Blueberry Funded – A Warning to Fellow Traders I’m raising this issue to inform the community about a troubling experience with Blueberry Funded that reflects poorly on their transparency and trader protection standards. My account was performing well, with a 3.03% gain and no violations of risk parameters as shown on their own dashboard. However, on 15 August 2025, my account was suddenly breached by their risk department for an alleged lot size violation—specifically on the instrument US2000. Here’s why this breach is...

Blueberry Funded responds to queries promptly—typically within hours—which reflects good customer support. Their dashboard is well-designed and updates trade data fairly quickly, usually within 15 minutes (though manual refreshing is often needed). The MT5 platform has been stable and reliable so far, with no noticeable slippage on instruments like forex and oil. However, they should clearly inform traders upfront—ideally in the initial credentials email—that the contract must be signed before trades can be placed. This would prevent unnecessary confusion and support queries.
Blueberry Funded lacks transparency in its rule enforcement and refuses to take accountability for unclear or undocumented policies. Their instrument categorization is poorly defined, and traders are expected to infer restrictions that aren’t explicitly stated. When challenged, they dismiss valid appeals without meaningful review. This creates unnecessary risk for traders and undermines trust in their platform.

Lot Size Violation for US2000
Summary
Blueberry Funded breached my account on 15 Aug 2025, citing a lot size violation on the instrument US2000. They later claimed US2000 falls under “Other Indices,” which carries a 0.30 lot limit—but this restriction was not disclosed on their website or instrument list at the time of trading. The trade in question was 0.31 lots, exceeding the supposed limit by just 0.01. It was a closed position with a minor loss of $1.18, or 0.048% of a $2,500 account. According to their own documentation, this should have triggered a warning, not a breach. Their refusal to acknowledge the lack of clarity or consider the context of the trade reflects a troubling lack of accountability. As a trader, I believe this sets a dangerous precedent—where ambiguous rules can be retroactively enforced, putting even profitable accounts at risk.
