I hope is a misunderstand and hope the risk team will check. Otherwise, Blueberry prop firm is really a no no to buy challenge from. I bought a $200K 2 step challenge and passed stage 1. Currently on stage 2 and with a $3+K profit. My account was suddenly closed and email received stating account breached because excessive lot size. This company does not reply any questions, any problem, my account is active but it is not working in MT5. My account is active in the country board but it is not turning on MT5, for which I have complained many times to Blueberry Funded but no reply came.

They advertise alot, give big discounts on buying challenge accounts but the moment you get funded and make profits, they breach your funded account manually and they dont refund your money you used to buy the challenge I bought a 200k account from Bluerryfunded account 869409, I did phase 1 passed, phase 2 passed, I got my funded account and the account had accumulated a profit of 20k USD and then, they breached it manually. I took more than a month to complete both challenge phases (25k) with all rules ticked and with proper risk management. After that i traded few days in funded account and here they come with surprise that your account violated. These people have reset my account twice now. They always managed to find some rule to tell me I have breached. The customer support is really good . When I tried to get the credentials for the account i submitted a review to the support they instantly reviewed the issues and gave me the account credentials. My $5,000 funded account was breached for ‘lot size limit violation’ just one day before the withdrawal. In my Blueberry $5,000 account, I traded gold with a maximum of 0.05 lot. It is not possible to open a 0.2 lot position because the maximum allowed lot size is 0.1. Still, my account was breached for a lot size limit violation. I appealed to customer support, explaining that my account was breached by applying false rules. I contacted customer support more than 24 hours ago, but I have not received any response yet.
