Although I wasn't able to reach payout with my funded account, I was pleased with the overall experience on the account. The execution and spread was top. Zero slippage, accurate pricing and customer service.

Quite a good company. Clear and transparent terms. A long time ago, when they first opened, sometimes there were difficulties with executing orders. But then the management made the necessary reorganization (like a change in the liquidity provider) and everything became OK.

Bought $1300 funded account with 6% stop loss and 10% profit target. Spent 2 weeks and passed test. Instead of giving my winning of $2.000, they gave me a retrial account and upon question they told me I did “one sided bet” and “gambling behaviour”. Had atleast 50+ email exchange. They refunded my money in the exchange that I’ll delete their 1 star review. Please please stay away from CTI. Pay little extra to other firm but they give you peace of mind. CTI is absolutely worst. Excellent Customer Service, very prompt, very impressive.....this is something I need to mention before moving any further. I just completed my level 1 target and got my KYC done and scaled up my account. The verification process was a bit complicated but the way they supported in each and every step was really commendable. Excellent team.

At First some positive aspects: Their technical infrastructure is good and also their trading conditions like commissions and spreads are good.
