I’ve been trading with City Traders Imperium for a while. At First some positive aspects: Their technical infrastructure is good and also their trading conditions like commissions and spreads are good. But there are a few points which lead me to the decision that I cannot recommend them anymore: 1. hidden maximum risk rule: A few of my trades where classified as high risk, because the stop-loss was between 2.5% and 5.6% (to clarify this: I only use a stop loss greater than 5% if I already had a lot of winning positions on this day so that I automa...

Summary
I traded on their platform without any issues. My account did not hit the drawdown limit, and I never received a single warning or system alert while trading. As far as the platform was concerned, my trading was perfectly compliant. The Denial (Refusal to Pay): The moment I submitted a payout request, the situation changed instantly. I was met with a complete stonewall. They flat-out refused to process the withdrawal and seized my profits.
