I had my account with them, the commission is higher than other places, though the main issue is the notional volume, on their website say you have a number of open lots. Not the risk, I use an expert to limit my risk 0.75% and do not use more than 50% of the free margin. now given my strategy is scalping, my SL is usually small, hence the volume is usually high. On the Notional Volume rule, we understand how this can feel restrictive for traders using tight stop losses and higher lot sizes. As stated in our guidelines, the rule is based on total open lot exposure (not percentage risk), which can indeed affect scalping strategies where position sizes are larger relative to stop distance. We recognize that this may not align with every strategy, and your feedback is valuable in helping us improve how clearly this is communicated. Regarding the soft breach → hard breach transition, we’re sorry to hear that this wasn’t clear in your case. Our policies outline how soft breaches are handled, including when resets may be possible if the account remains positive. However, resets are not automatic because each case requires review to ensure compliance with all trading conditions and to confirm no additional rule violations occurred simultaneously. As for the slippage situation you described, market execution can occasionally result in price discrepancies — especially during volatility or liquidity shifts — even when conditions appear calm. That said, we understand how frustrating this can be, particularly when it leads to unintended rule triggers. We also take your comments about support seriously. Purchase instant account. overall all good. dashboard lovely, payouts good (take 2 with them). one was instant and second was under manual review. (take 3 days due to holidays). Was paid to finotive pay from where you can withdraw only by fridays (this is okay) - money already your and basically you can purchase new acc with discount. unfortunately violated this acc. (on second payout 1000$ decided to buy challenge and under pressure of 150 k (100 challenge 50 instant) violated them all. My fault. By another with them cause there good for now. Can...
