My experience with FundedNext has been extremely disappointing. The verification process was frustrating, confusing, and felt unfair. I provided multiple genuine documents to verify my device ownership, but they kept rejecting them without clearly explaining what evidence would actually be accepted. Every response felt like a copy-and-paste message asking for the same thing again. Customer support was slow, unhelpful, and did not seem interested in resolving the issue through a manual review. Instead of giving a clear solution, they kept delaying my account review. If you use a second-hand device or a device transferred from someone else, be prepared for a very difficult verification process. Based on my experience, the lack of transparency and poor communication has made me lose confidence in the platform. I expected a professional and fair verification process, but this experience has been the opposite.

Title: Account terminated over language barrier during compliance session, not trading violation I traded with FundedNext on two accounts (50K and 25K). My KYC was verified by their own system, and I successfully received a Performance Reward of $1,600 from one account before it was suddenly terminated — right when my next payout was just 1 day away. Both my accounts were later terminated citing a "KYC discrepancy" and later "unfair means," following a mandatory live Compliance Session. My English speaking ability is weak, and I was unable to clearly explain my manual trading strategy during the session. I have consistent trading history spanning several weeks that shows genuine, manual trading — yet this was not enough. When I requested specific evidence for the alleged violation, I was told the details were "confidential" and could not be disclosed. To their credit, they did eventually honor a partial Performance Reward after I escalated the matter, but the challenge fee refund was denied for one account, and no clear explanation was ever provided for the termination itself. If you are not fluent in English, be aware that you may be asked to explain your trading strategy live on camera during a compliance review, and struggling to communicate clearly could put your account at risk — regardless of how genuine your trading is.
