I recently purchased a funded account from FundedNext, and even though I couldn’t pass the challenge this time, my overall experience has been very positive. The platform is extremely user-friendly, and the entire process — from registration to account setup — was smooth and transparent. Their customer support team is one of the best I’ve come across; they respond quickly and guide you patiently through every step, whether it’s about rules, trading conditions, or payout procedures.

I purchased a 6K account from Fundnext. Unfortunately, due to rushing to pass the challenge, I failed the account in Phase 1. After that, I mostly participated in their trading competitions, which were a good learning opportunity. I also received a coupon (Redeem a Coupon for $20 while earning 2,500 Points), but unfortunately, I was unable to use it for any purchase, and support didn’t help resolve the issue. Overall the trading conditions are good but the swaps can be a problem. I hope they can introduce raw spread accounts so that we can avoid the high spreads. Besides that I am happy with everything else that the prop firm offers.

Fundednext have a top tier customer service and highly preferred trading conditions but their verification process usually takes time and its unnecessarily long.

By far I have great experience with fundednext. I bought second account and I didnt get receipt in my email, but support team was very helpful. I have yet never seen such great support. I am still in phase 1, trading conditions are very good, no slippage, tighter spreads than on FTMO.
