Where to start?… FundingPips has taken the top spot in the space as the ‘people’s choice’ if there was one, FTMO’s only valid competitor at this stage (my opinion). Trading conditions - Trading under the broker, BlackBull Markets Funding Pips offers the best conditions for me personally. Spreads are minimal as are commissions @ just 2$/lot. The level of trust between the firm and myself, the transparency and honestly of the CEO is a big plus for me.
Turnaround times of account details being received could be better but I’m sure there’s a reason for that. I understand that the firm are always looking for ways to innovate certain processes, Khaled has been vocal about the updates on Rise, the payment processor used keeping people informed on their improvements etc.

The checkout was smooth and I received my account with no delay. The dashboard was friendly and very nice looking and interactive. It showed many details of my account. It's a great firm, but the customer service needs to improve with their response and their trading conditions can be better. I experienced slippages. Though I didn't make it to payout, but I'll love to try again and possibly by the chance prop firm match is offering me to redeem a free 5k account when I have the points

Worst support staff ever. I have taken 3 payouts from the firm and i am a regular trader. But suddenly they have deducted my 262 usd profit. I made a complaint on support but it's 2 week now. nobody resolving the issue. I am frustated. My ticket id is 31228.
