Good firm. Trading conditions are the best I’ve traded in so far. Very minimum slippage and the spreads are reasonable. Orders getting filled properly. Customer service is a bit slow compared to other firms. It takes a while for credentials because the account gets reviewed after passing both Phase 1 and 2, usually 1-2 business days. And then after that onboarding of the Master account takes upto 2 business days again before we can actually trade the Master Account. Payouts are processed only during business days and they also take upto 2-3 business days. We cannot place trades before payouts are processed and this takes a while. Overall I would rate the firm 8/10. Deducted 2 points only because credentials and payout processing is not automated. And payout method is not the best but we traders are aware that there are not many options other than Rise.

Trading with Funding Pips before and after the improvements implemented. Before, the rules are not as strict as nowadays. But waiting for the accounts after every stages took days, now it took less. The payout only took within the same day and that is great. I hope Funding Pips can keep improving because it really helped new traders like me to get funded. But stick to the old rules.

In my opinion, fundingpips is quite good at the moment, with rules that are not too difficult and fast payouts, it makes me like fundingpips, but it's a shame that I'm not satisfied with the support team which is not good at responding quickly.

Funding pips is one of the best firms, the dashboard is very user-friendly with a good customer support services the spread and the the slippage are acceptable with zero payout denial so far
