I've had a very okay experience with the firm overall. Never had an issue with actually receiving the payout despite the hiccups with RISE when they initially on boarded them. After that it was smooth sailing. The commissions are great as well as the spreads. The response times in regards to support on the website can definitely be improved (having to wait 15-30 minutes on average for a response).
