WORST EXPERIENCE Very disappointed, I had took 2 step ro challenge with fundingpips and every thing went well I passed 1st step and started the second step. It was my 3rd day of trading and my equity at the start was 10009 usd. And my daily loss limit was 300. I made a loss of 241 usd and my account was breached. And the support team really don't have any knowledge to support me. It is very disappointing that I trusted this firm a lot and they are not ready to accept there mistake. Very disappointed, My account number is 10886776 I had took 2 step ro challenge with fundingpips and every thing went well I passed 1st step and started the second step. It was my 3rd day of trading and my equity at the start was 10009 usd. And my daily loss limit was 300. I made a loss of 241 usd and my account was breached. And the support team really don't have any knowledge to support me. It is very disappointing that I trusted this firm a lot and they are not ready to accept there mistake. I was also running with a profitable trade they suddenly closed my trades and breached. If this is the case I really suggest other people to be aware of this firm.

We greatly value feedback from our customers and sincerely appreciate your review. 1) Daily Loss Limit Rule The Daily Loss Limit is set at 3% of the higher value between the starting equity or balance. Today’s starting equity was $10,009.80. 2) Allowed Loss and Threshold Allowed daily loss: 3% × $10,009.80 = $300.29 Equity threshold: $10,009.80 − $300.29 = $9,709.51 (This is displayed on the system as the Balance Threshold: $9,709.51.) 3) What Occurred (System Data) Lowest equity recorded: $9,707.25, which is below the threshold of $9,709.51. Total drawdown from the start: $302.55, exceeding the allowed loss by $2.26. The system also recorded a Maximum Daily Loss of $310.35, which is above the permitted $300.29. System flag: “Maximum Daily Loss Limit Exceeded – Oct 27, 2025, 9:57 PM.” 4) Trades Contributing to the Breach The following trades occurred during the session that caused the drawdown (times shown in server/account time): XAUUSD Buy — 10/28/2025 09:42 → 09:57: −$44.70 XAUUSD Buy — 10/28/2025 09:25 → 09:26: −$54.40 XAUUSD Buy — 10/28/2025 07:56 → 09:23: −$92.60 XAUUSD Buy — 10/28/2025 07:56 → 09:23: −$94.70 These trades, along with smaller losses, cumulatively caused equity to fall below the permitted threshold. 5) Conclusion Since your equity dropped to $9,707.25, below the allowed minimum of $9,709.51, the system correctly identified a hard breach of the Daily Loss Limit. In accordance with platform rules, this breach is automatically enforced, resulting in the closure of the account. I traded with this firm for 19 months. went through all the growing pains with them. got funded many times and withdrew about 56k in payouts. in october of this year - they banned me from their platform completely on a claims saying i "manipulated their payment processor when buying challenges" Provided zero proof of any wrongdoing - literally spent so much money om failed challenges with them and they never had an issue - it was only when i had gotten max funded and was due for just a normal 5k payout. traded with them for 19 months. used the same 2 cards for every purchase in my name. never had issues . got many payouts - about 56k worth over the 19 months period. from april 2024 to oct 2025. i got max funded in october after going through a seriously bad losing streak - spending around 15k in failed challenges before finally get max funded and was in just normal profit - around 3k across the 3 accounts. then was just trading like usual one day and my trades all clsoed and they sent an email saying i was completey banned from their platform because i "manipulated their payment system" Was competely baffled - was emailing support telling them to send me any proof of wrong doing - literal aI bot replies telling that they did an internal investigation saying i didnt pay for my challenges on multiple occocians. said ?? I literally pay for every single challenge - i wouldnt be trading it if i didnt pay for it. spent so much money with them befoe no issue. they told me they dont need to show me any proof and their is no appeal process and that any proof i have of paying for every single challenge doesnt matter to them. it really ruined the last 3 months of my trading to end the year. Hope yall do something about them
