Decent overall experience The biggest problem I faced was slippage and lower trade profits compared to risk and reward calculator. Most likely due to spreads and orders not filled correctly. In return this adds up over a few trades and throws your strategy off. Eg, if you are risking $50 per trade you can expect a $60 loss if stop loss is hit. There was one incident where I was risking $20 looking for a $40 return but when my TP got hit return only showed $29 return. A trade was closed 20 minutes before a high-impact news event that resulted in profit. They denied the profit stating it breached their rules. Only rule I could find on their website was trades closed within 10 minutes of high impact news would not count. I emailed their customer service and got crappy responses and no resolution. I remembered again why I didn't buy fundingpips. He suffers 10 percent slipage with each stop. Also, they have incredibly spikes that are not on the normal chart, and the chart is not the same. Do not buy it. The spread changes depending on the number of lots, I saw this for the first time, it's ridiculous :D Frankly, I am sorry that a company with such an important position in the sector would do such a thing. Funding Pips has closed my account and refused the payment I was supposed to receive without providing any reason. I even attended a live interview with the company, during which they asked provocative and irrelevant questions, and they also accessed my personal email. In the end, after they couldn't find any legitimate reason to close my account, they accused me of being in a city where, in fact, I have never been.

Funding Pips could've give me another account and ask me to retake the exam which i don't mind but they just confiscated the account without compensation / just closed my accounts. I used to really like Funding Pips, but my experience took a sharp turn for the worse. Out of nowhere, they closed my account, which was in profit, citing something vague about “trade ideas and risk.” I responded to their email right away, asking for proof, and showing me actual numbers, "where and why" and followed up several times, but they completely ignored me. They paid out before, and seemed reliable
Support. I had an instance where I was supposed to have a risk assessment interview and a Zoom scheduled call, and no one even showed up. No apology or anything. And they just rescheduled one week later. All this time, my payout was on hold. Just ridiculous. I have too many instances with this firm. Thye barely respond to any emails, everything is atomized. It doesn't feel safe.

According to them I had violated the 3% daily risk rule — something I’m cautious about. Despite asking for clarity, I received no proof, no data — just a generic termination email from a no-reply address. That’s it. No chance to dispute anything or defend myself, same generic answer from support as well. What struck me most was the way the termination happened. In the past, if there was a violation, I’d get notified almost instantly — sometimes within seconds. And in those cases, I understood it was systematic, automated, and likely my own fault. I took responsibility, learned from it, and moved on. But this time was completely different. I had already finished trading for the day, and several hours later, I suddenly received a generic termination email saying I had violated the rules. No details, no timestamps, no proof — just a cold message telling me my account was gone. That kind of delay, paired with the vague explanation, doesn’t sit right with me. It genuinely makes me question what’s going on behind the scenes.
