As per the customer care of this prop firm, it is nothing to write home about. Their response to complaints is slow and, therefore, not encouraging. Funding Pips (FP) has a bit of a high spread when compared to some other prop firms, and its slippage can be devastating during the release of major news events. However, execution on its platform is brilliantly fast. As a trader, the latter is very comforting and boosts confidence.

I bought a 100K account from Funding Pips on June 5th. Everything was normal at first. Later, the company changed the Daily Drawdown rule without informing traders. The new rule is that the total of open positions cannot exceed -3%; if it does, the account is closed. After I found out about this rule, I contacted live chat and said, "I wasn't aware of this rule, but my total positions exceeded -3%. However, for some reason, my account wasn't closed." And the guy said, "Your account could breach. You are no longer allowed to trade." This means "You c...

Dear Dina, The 3% Rule ensures that no single trade results in a loss greater than 3% of your account's initial size. Please note that splitting a trade into multiple entries or positions is still considered one single trade under this rule. This rule applies exclusively to Master Accounts and does not apply to Evaluation accounts. A violation of this rule constitutes a hard breach and will result in the permanent closure of the account. Single Trade Loss Limit: 3% (based on initial account size) Example: If your account size is $100,000, the maximum loss allowed on any one trade is $3,000. Please manage your risk accordingly and ensure every trade is within the allowed limit. Kind regards, FundingPips Team

I have bought 7 accounts/challenge of 100K at FundingPips for a total amount of $3461.80. After completing the challenges I have received my master account and I was in positive balance! My account was disabled claiming I have breached the 3% rule (No loss more than 3% on a trade). They summed up 4 transactions placed at different timeframes with different lot size on the same instrument. They claim that's one transaction. I have opened 4 transactions at different time frames with different lot size. They don't care! The decision is final. My accoun...

I have spent $3461.80 to discover that they don't care about the traders.
They bend their rules as they wish! They decided to sum up different transactions at different timeframes with different lot size just to avoid payment. They just say: The deccission is Final!

Dear Andrei, The 3% rule requires that no single loss should exceed 3% of your account size. Splitting up a trade into multiple positions will be counted as one single trade. This rule applies exclusively to master accounts and does not extend to evaluation models. Violating this rule is a hard breach and will lead to the closure of your account. Single Trade Limit: 3% (of the initial account size) Example: For a $100,000 account, the maximum loss allowed on any single trade is $3,000, which is 3% of the initial account size. The rules are clearly outlined in the FAQ and Terms of Use, designed to protect your account through proper risk management. Since the trades were placed on the same pair within the same day, this is considered a violation of the 3% rule on the Master account. Kind regards, FundingPips Team

I want to congratulate FundingPips.com for their professionalism and reliability. I received my payouts without any issues and right on time, which proves their transparency and trustworthiness. Their platform is straightforward, their rules are fair, and most importantly, they always honor their financial commitments. This is exactly what every trader is looking for in a prop firm: security, trust, and efficiency. I highly recommend FundingPips to anyone who wants to grow in a serious and reliable environment.

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about FundingPips. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that their dashboard could be even more user-friendly. But compared to the reliability of their payouts and the fairness of their rules, this is only a minor detail
What I liked the most about FundingPips is their reliability and transparency. Payouts are processed smoothly and on time, which builds real trust. Their rules are fair, and the whole experience feels professional and stress-free
