I like 5 days to payout which is actually 8-9 days I don't like their support they can't understand the issues I don't like waiting 24 hrs for next credentials and even 15 mins delayed sometimes

Their trading conditions are excellent. And what I love most, is them offering trade locker as the trading platform. Thats top notch. Plus their dashboard is very smooth, straightforward but also with intensive insights about my overall performance

I love this firm, I have been using them since a long time with a 10K account. They are the cheapest in the industry, very low commission, almost zero spreads and slippages, faster trade executions, lightning fast support. Only think I feel they lack is processing time, they take 48 hours to give phase 2 credentials which many firm does instantly, and almost 4-5 working days to get kyc done and onboard to funded account after completing phase 2 which other firm does in 24-48 hours

This was my first funded account even though it was just a $5k account then passed the challenge verified and got funded with no need of contacting support the sweetest part was when I received my payout the same week I started trading my funded account it was just like I was trading with my own personal fund's fundingpip is highly recommended

The trading process was smooth, one feature I really like is the highest equity recorded, love the dashboard, and the stats bar actually very nice, but one thing I was disappointed at was the KYC period was very poor, it is still poor

Me enviaram um email perguntando se eu poderia fazer uma "entrevista" hoje as 10 horas da manha, eu respondi que poderia. Depois disso nunca mais me responderam e hoje, as 10 horas da manha, ninguem apareceu para fazer a tal "entrevista" comigo. Funding Pips has its ups and downs. I give them kudos for having a user-friendly dashboard and for their payout process every Tuesday. However, they have a poor customer care unit that takes time to respond and leaves matters unresolved to the customer's satisfaction. I hope they will improve on the latter moving forward. On a scale of 1 to 10, I will rate them average.

I really liked the experience and all the conditions are great but now they added few extra rules but as long we have peace of mind that we will receive the payout all is well great firm
