I've managed to pass two separate evaluations of phase 2 and a separate phase 1 evaluation on the same day, same trade. I didn't read the rules but I've never heard of this rule before so I didn't know I was breaching it. Overall not happy about this situation as you can imagine. They've been kind enough to let me keep my funded account as they gave me the choice of picking which account to move forward with as they must violate on of them. Overall ridiculous rule but I take full accountability in that regard and respect their leniency.

I took the same trade on both evaluation accounts manually passing phase 2 with one aiming for a 1-3rr and letting the other evaluation run for a 1-12rr as I was in drawdown in that account. There's a rule they have which i've never heard before so I wasn't aware that I should not pass both evaluations on the same day with the same trade entrys. RIDICULOUS. so they made me pick which account I could choose to keep, which was nice of them.
