Worst experience ever.Their rules are too strict.No customer support. Theyrejected my life's first ever payout. They told that I violated their IP rule which didnt do. They not only targeted me there are more people affected by this. When you try to contact them or try to expose them they will just ban you for no reason. I even provided each and every proof that they asked.Ive been genuine trader for a longtime.They failed to find reasons to reject my payout.So,they came up with this new strategy. Full details :- I bought a challenge from FundingPips, worked tirelessly, and successfully passed both Phase 1 & 2. After all my hard work, I finally made it to my master account and requested my first-ever payout. I was overjoyed, thinking that my years of struggle were finally paying off… but what happened next shattered me completely. While waiting for my payout, I suddenly received an email from their risk team, accusing me of violating their IP rules—something I never did. They sent me a screenshot showing a location in Harare, Zimbabwe—a country I’ve never even heard of, let alone visited! I have no connection to Zimbabwe in any way. I immediately responded with my justifications, providing every single piece of evidence they asked for. Local bank transactions, proof of residence, anything they wanted! But instead of reviewing my proofs, they simply ignored me. They respond only once every 48 hours, making the process painfully slow. Here’s the craziest part: I completed my trading on Monday (Jan 27), requested my payout on Tuesday (Jan 28), and they are accusing me of trading in Zimbabwe on Wednesday (Jan 29)—HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?! Once a payout is requested, trading is disabled. This alone proves that their accusations are completely fake, and they are just looking for a way to deny my payout. Desperate for help, I turned to FundingPips’ Discord and tried to reach moderators and higher officials. But instead of addressing my issue, they sent me automated replies telling me to contact the same risk team that wasn’t responding! When I told them that their risk team was ignoring me and I needed urgent help, they muted me for 7 days—just to silence me and prevent me from exposing their scam to other traders. I am not the only one! Many other traders in the Discord community are facing the same issue, and when they try to speak up, they get blocked too. I even reached out to customer support, hoping they would connect me to someone who could actually help. But all they did was copy-paste the same useless response, telling me to be “patient” and only contact the risk team—who never even replies! They refused to escalate my issue or connect me to higher officials. After four days of struggling, they closed my account and rejected my payout. They claimed that I “traded from multiple regions” because their system detected my IP in different locations—which is completely false. I LIVE in India and have never traveled abroad. Their software clearly has serious issues, and they refuse to even acknowledge it. I even offered to prove my case through a live video call and sent them my local bank transactions from the same day, but they ignored everything. They didn’t even have the decency to say ‘yes’ or ‘no.’ They just ignored me completely. This was supposed to be the first payout of my life. 🥹 I’ve been struggling in trading for 4 years, losing so much, sacrificing so much… and when I finally mastered it, when I finally made profits after 7 months of hard work… they stole it from me. They never had a problem with me when I was paying for challenges. Only when I requested my payout, they suddenly found a reason to block me. This has broken me completely. I have been mentally traumatized by this incident. I’ve even had other negative thoughts. 😭 FundingPips must respond to this and return my account! To the risk team—you are the worst. To the higher officials of FundingPips, and to all the content creators who promoted them, you need to answer for this!
