In the last 2 years I worked with some prop firms , that really I can say Funding Pips condition and process was one of the best. Never had issue with slippage with them , best commissions + spread even in compare of firms without commissions . totally had 10 payout till now and none of them had any issue all processed in less time . few times i had question and their support always answered completely . their prices are great and even with the lowest price they have most 10%-5% max and daily drawdown. and also their 5 days payout is great. till now very smooth process from them without any issue. and at least my personal experience with them was great without any negative point . Worst experience ever. Their rules are too strict. No customer support. They rejected my life's first ever payout. They told that I violated their IP rule which didnt do. They not only targeted me there are more people affected by this. When you try to contact them or try to expose them they will just ban you for no reason. I even provided each and every proof that they asked.Ive been genuine trader for a longtime.They failed to find reasons to reject my payout.So,they came up with this new strategy. Full details :- I bought a challenge from FundingPips, worked tirelessly, and successfully passed both Phase 1 & 2. After all my hard work, I finally made it to my master account and requested my first-ever payout. I was overjoyed, thinking that my years of struggle were finally paying off… but what happened next shattered me completely. While waiting for my payout, I suddenly received an email from their risk team, accusing me of violating their IP rules—something I never did. They sent me a screenshot showing a location in Harare, Zimbabwe—a country I’ve never even heard of, let alone visited! I have no connection to Zimbabwe in any way. I immediately responded with my justifications, providing every single piece of evidence they asked for. Local bank transactions, proof of residence, anything they wanted! But instead of reviewing my proofs, they simply ignored me. They respond only once every 48 hours, making the process painfully slow. Here’s the craziest part: I completed my trading on Monday (Jan 27), requested my payout on Tuesday (Jan 28), and they are accusing me of trading in Zimbabwe on Wednesday (Jan 29)—HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?! Once a payout is requested, trading is disabled. This alone proves that their accusations are completely fake, and they are just looking for a way to deny my payout. Desperate for help, I turned to FundingPips’ Discord and tried to reach moderators and higher officials. But instead of addressing my issue, they sent me automated replies telling me to contact the same risk team that wasn’t responding! When I told them that their risk team was ignoring me and I needed urgent help, they muted me for 7 days—just to silence me and prevent me from exposing their scam to other traders. I am not the only one! Many other traders in the Discord community are facing the same issue, and when they try to speak up, they get blocked too. I even reached out to customer support, hoping they would connect me to someone who could actually help. But all they did was copy-paste the same useless response, telling me to be “patient” and only contact the risk team—who never even replies! They refused to escalate my issue or connect me to higher officials. After four days of struggling, they closed my account and rejected my payout. They claimed that I “traded from multiple regions” because their system detected my IP in different locations—which is completely false. I LIVE in India and have never traveled abroad. Their software clearly has serious issues, and they refuse to even acknowledge it. I even offered to prove my case through a live video call and sent them my local bank transactions from the same day, but they ignored everything. They didn’t even have the decency to say ‘yes’ or ‘no.’ They just ignored me completely. This was supposed to be the first payout of my life. 🥹 I’ve been struggling in trading for 4 years, losing so much, sacrificing so much… and when I finally mastered it, when I finally made profits after 7 months of hard work… they stole it from me. They never had a problem with me when I was paying for challenges. Only when I requested my payout, they suddenly found a reason to block me. This has broken me completely. I have been mentally traumatized by this incident. I’ve even had other negative thoughts.😭 FundingPips must respond to this and return my account!.They told me that they would give my payout and stop providing their service to me.Its been around 10 days still they didnt gave me my payout and no response from them To the risk team—you are the worst. To the higher officials of FundingPips, and to all the content creators who promoted them, you need to answer for this! You told your audience this was a “trustworthy” prop firm—but look what they are doing to real traders! If anyone can help me, please DM me or email me. I will provide any proof you need. My experience with Funding Pips PropFirm on my trading journey has been quite a transformative journey, to say the least. My honest review. Had my 2 payouts with them, awaiting my 3rd payout soon. My past 2 payouts have no issues from evaluation to master account. Payout was super fast. Getting funded account was fast too. But recently there was an issue when i placed a trade 18hours prior to news, my 2k profits got violated. As stated in their FAQ im allowed to close trades within the prohibited news window if my trades are more than 5hours. So i tried contacting live chat, very slow replies from customer service team. After 24hours of going back and forth, finally received an email confirming me that my profits were counted. But on the payout section it still shows "violated profits". This is a technical issue from funding pips that im unhappy about. Customer service is super slow except Vladyslav. Hes been a great help! Now im still waiting for the payout section bug to be resolved

Funding Pips is amazing! They offer one of the best packages for their price, including a very good profit/loss ratio to ensure a fair evaluation phase. They also have a discord where they have moderators throughout the entire day ready to answer any questions. Their payouts can be a bit slow at times, but I haven't had any issues.

i am intermediate trader and i buy more than 4-5 funding pip account .Below i share my experience positive and negative (My English is week if you got any spilling mistakes then forgive me ) Positive:- 1.Low Price for all account 2.For first buy 5% discount 3.MT5 Support 4.User friendly Dashboard laterally i loved it 5.Good Coustomer care support Nagative 1.If you trade in news time then your sl not taken instated you got more loss if you take a trade and take 100$ risk are there is a news in market then your not trigger and you gots more loss ever is major or minor news that not important news means news Thats my all abount experience

ctrader platform they proved supported all my trading strategies. also they have great trading conditions while other propfirm facing some slippage during big impact news. I hnever had problem with FundingPips.

Despite being a new company in the market, it looks very solid and very committed to its clients. I think this company has a lot to offer to the public🤌

Support does not respond, neither through the page, nor through Discord, nor by email, they restricted my account, they stopped my payment until I had an interview. I had the interview and they couldn't communicate with me because of the language. They gave me a solution to write to the email and they have not responded to me within 48 hours. I haven't received my payment for 1 month. everything wrong with this company. It is sliding from the top where it was, to the ground

It will be no surprise if funding pips becomes the number 1 prop firm in the upcoming few years. They understand what the market needs and they always try to keep up with that. From their cheap prices to their payout period all is great and nothing to complain about. Personally I didn't have any problems with them from first challenge till payout.
