I requested a payout from my 50k instant funded account and it took around 6 working days from start to finish to get the money in my account. This probably could have been a bit quicker, but to be honest, at least they paid out, which is more than can be said for some prop firms. I will definitely be buying more accounts with Fxify. One thing I liked was that they even emailed me to check that I wanted to withdraw the full amount (as this would have breached my account).

initially, the challenge purchase process was smooth and well-structured. The dashboard and onboarding experience were good at the time of purchase. However, this positive experience only applied during the challenge phase; once I became consistently profitable, my experience changed significantly.
While the trading platform itself is good and the challenge phase is handled professionally, the major issue arises during the payout stage. Despite successfully passing the initial payout interview and receiving a payout earlier, transparency and support significantly declined when larger payouts became due. The payout process lacked clarity, alternative solutions were not provided, and communication became inconsistent at the funded stage.

The firm stated that my payout was denied because I did not have an approved Rise account. Rise rejected my profile without providing any explanation. Despite my previous successful payouts via Rise and FXIFY’s claim that alternative payout methods (bank transfer or crypto) are available when Rise is not usable, FXIFY did not offer or process my payout through any alternative method. No trading rule violations were cited as the reason for denial.

FXIFY used to be my favorite prop firm. They had industry-standard rules and good trading conditions, but then they suddenly started changing their rules — for example, they changed the 2-step challenge from a static max drawdown to a trailing drawdown, and later they even added a consistency rule. To clarify, in order to become a funded trader and receive payouts with FXIFY, all clients must successfully complete two independent KYC verifications: one with FXIFY and one with our regulated payment provider, Rise. This requirement is clearly outlined in our FAQ prior to trading: //fxify.com/faqs/all-faqs/what-happens-if-i-cannot-pass-my-kyc/ As is standard under global AML regulations, payment providers may decline KYC applications without disclosing specific reasons, and such decisions are made independently of FXIFY. Unfortunately, if either KYC check is unsuccessful, we are legally unable to process payouts or onboard the trader as funded, regardless of trading performance. In these cases, a refund of the challenge fee is offered in line with our policies.
