I successfully passed the 3-step challenge and received my first payout. I must say the support team is very friendly and responds quickly. You can trade many instruments, and the swaps are fair — so there’s no need to scalp; you can comfortably hold swing positions. I also like that trading is available on MT5. My challenge fee was refunded once I requested my payout, which was a nice touch. On the downside, the KYC process is quite complicated. You must provide both an ID and proof of address FROM THE SAME COUNTRY, which can be difficult for immi...

Customer service, many instruments available for trade, MT5 availability.
Complicated KYC process when I was suddenly redirected to the main dashboard and had to retake KYC again. Payouts are expensive for smaller amounts and the company doesn't mention that in advertising. Payouts are not definitely not "instant".

Fxify is dodgy firm I passed my two phase challenge account with fxify after reading their trading rules and asking their discord moderator about my layering bases trading statergy which he said will not cause any issues after I passed my challenge they refused to give me live account saying I do prohibited statergies which they refused to explain me stayaway from this firm they are liars and deceviors

Banned because I asked a question about plans to diversify payout options and mentioned FPIPs that listens to their traders. I was invited to FXIFY, after reading the reviews on TrustPilot and their suggestion channel. I messaged them on the general group to ask if they were reading the comments and suggestion on the suggestion channel, one of the mod responded that they are reading it. Their spread is good, customer support on the website is great. But their discord is run by some kids from Asia who are now dictators. Driving away customers by banning them!

I traded stocks The trading fees are simply crazy! Each action is 80-100 dollars in commission!! This is insane, and I also checked with customer service and these are really the fees they charge! The commissions for stock CFDs is 0.35% round turn.

Customer care it's fine until you have requested a payout, after that you will only hear payouts are processed in 2-3 business days, it actually takes 10-14 days at least. Dashboard and trading conditions are fine until they decide you have to be banned, they will give you the most random reasons

Summary
I still haven't understood the reason, they quoted many things but only unclear answers come from them. Honestly It just feels like they had to breach to avoid keep paying out. I received two payouts from them, also never risked more than they allowed (2%) as they were saying on discord and never received any warning about risk or anything like that
