Their FAQ and hedging definition is open ending and misleading. "Hedging is defined as the act of opening two opposite positions on the same asset..," They define hedging very basic, which it should be. Hedging is a broad term (of course) and they are setting boundaries to hedging on their FAQ page. It does not mention taking inverse positions on 2 different quote currency pairs (ie. EURUSD Long GBPUSD short same time etc. ). This is generally called corelated hedge but it is not implied on their FAQ and still considered a breach. Some could open an index position to HEDGE their XAU position but would not violate any rule because they are not the same instrument.

I passed two Phase 2 with two days off difference. Different trades and different profit each day. First, they said I was copy trading between my two accounts and they asked for evidence that I didn't. I provided the evidence and they decided to give me just one account. They have made me waste my time and money and have had me more than a month saying that the issue would get solved but finally didn't. The support team has a total lack of coordination and they asked the same questions again and again, sometimes just copy pasted outdated info about my issue and other times they contradicted themselves. They also try to make you desist by sending you from Discord, to the live chat, then to emails and then back to online chat, creating a loop to get you desperate. Before that, they migrated us from between different platforms and didn't refund the difference you pay when you purchase the challenge. They think they can do what they want with the customers and you can tell they clearly just care about getting money.

Summary

They stated that I had copy traded between two accounts whose Phases 2 had been passed with four days of difference. Just some of the trades were similar and they knew since the beginning I was trading the two accounts simultaneously (from my laptop and phone) as we had kept conversations on the support chat and they never said I couldn't do that. They asked for evidence that showed I hadn't carried out copy trading, I provided them and after a month in which they affected my psychological stability, they decided to give me just one account, so they still owe me the other one.
