I have just received an email stating that my payout request was refused and that my account has been blocked. The reason provided is that multiple people are allegedly using and trading on my account. However, this is completely impossible. I use a dedicated VPS, and I am the only one who has ever accessed this account. I have always used GOAT exclusively on this VPS, and the claim that another account was logged into it is factually incorrect. I am deeply disappointed by this decision. What attracted me the most to the firm was the drawdown reset rules for the Pay After model and the plans it features.
What I absolutely dislike is how completely unfair this measure is, considering that I am the only one trading on my account, yet my payout was denied. I am now extremely hesitant to purchase a new challenge because since I wasn't paid, I fear this will happen again. I trade for a living, and being denied my payout impacts me completely.

I have two accounts with GFT one is instant and one is 1 step challenge. The entry fee is moderate and within range. The challenge rules are clear. I am definitely looking for prop firms with no consistency rule, profit targets, minimum trading days. Just get funded and trade and stay within the described loss limits. Although GFT does have a consistency rule, minimum profit days and target, I am okay with it and hence I signed up as they offer better than market conditions I have seen within other prop firms. I purchased like 5k accounts 5times, never passed any of them, spreads suck for scalpers who are trading indices on LTF like 1m,3m,5m, a clear 5RR on Tradingview becomes 3RR on MT5 with em, also they have no discord ticket support program which takes forever to get answered. i cannot join other Traders on TL to complain about blamable payout denials bcz i never was funded with em
